Don't Forget August's Releases (Patreon)

August is starting to disappear into the rear-view mirror, so here's your friendly reminder to make sure you've grabbed this month's releases before the forge moves on to September.

August – Veterans of the Legion

This month brought two new kits to the growing Evil Dwarf range:

Evil Dwarf Elite Infantry

A huge 70-part standalone kit bringing the hardened veterans of the legion to your armies, including:

Heavy plate armour

10 heads

10 shoulder armour options

Shields

Dark-forged hand weapons

Dark-forged heavy weapons

Halberds

Standard Bearer and Drummer options

Everything is compatible with the wider Evil Dwarf range, so there's plenty here to raid for your own conversions and unique units too.

Evil Dwarf Army Standard Bearer

A new heroic Standard Bearer accompanied by five very different standards:

Ashen Banner

Flayed Skin Banner

Enforcer Banner

Lamassu Head Banner

Bull Banner

The Standard Bearer and banner system are also compatible with components from across the range.

Make sure you've downloaded everything you want from August!

Next Stop – Darkness & Fury

September takes us into a very different part of The Forge Ahead.

First comes the Lamassu, an ancient, intelligent and deeply sinister creature of sorcery and manipulation. Expect something quite different from the brute strength of the Burning and Fleshborn Idols.

And then things get considerably less civilised...

Furnace Cults: Crimson Grail.

The berserkers are coming.

Barely armoured, chained before battle and infused with the distilled essence of gods of blood and rage, the Crimson Grail will introduce an entirely different visual identity and a whole new collection of modular components to the Evil Dwarf range.

I've been sharing some of the early thinking with members already, and as always, your suggestions and conversations are feeding into the design process.

August gave us the veterans of the legion.

September brings Darkness & Fury.

Make sure your August downloads are safely tucked away...

Then get ready for what's coming next.
