This week is starting off with a FUN episode of Cowboy Bebop! The last few episodes were quite heavy so a lighter one was definitely needed!

Doctor Who is back on Tuesday this week and I felt so bad making y’all wait for the continuation of that story. Just when I think I have the story all figured out and I know where it’s going, I remember that Steven Moffatt isn’t the type to make things simple.

Ted Lasso has been perfection so far this season. It’s hitting all the emotional notes but it’s not a copy/paste from previous seasons nor is Ted the same Ted as before. I love the growth of the characters but also the challenges they face. I wish there 23 episodes a season... we need to savor the flavor as long as we can. Five down, five to go.

Castlevania just blows me away. Season 1 is so short and it’s so delicious. Horrifying, but delicious. Eager to learn more about the characters, Belmont especially.

Lastly Babylon 5… oooh boy. I don’t think a character can sneeze without me thinking there’s more behind it. I can’t wait to get to the end of this season and see what it all means just to get more questions and cryptic answers. As Kosh would say: “Good”

Movies- I’m hoping to get some movies going for Halloween/Spooky season. I’ll have a poll for a true horror watch but Xander and I think I should watch Zombieland 2 no matter what.

Death Note and My Hero Academia- Of COURSE one won the poll on YouTube while the other one won the poll here on Patreon 😂. I’m hoping to get those use here in the next few weeks. I feel like I miss story beats if I go too quickly so I wan to be well rested and focused!

Have a great week everyone!

Take your time, we want you to enjoy the content just as much as you want us to enjoy your reaction 😊 can you believe you're in season 9 of Doctor Who? It's funny how when shows start at one or two episodes at a time it's easy to think, oh it'll take forever to get through this, and then suddenly one day it's like oh wow we're here. Fantastic!

Band of Brothers: Legacy will released on 9 Sept

I'd say that you are in the bangers territory right now in all of these shows that you are reacting right now :) so jealous of you, having fresh perspective at 9th season of DW. Looking forward to your movie reactions.

When it comes to Doctor Who and Ted Lasso, you're the first person I watch before watching other people. Like Nathan Jasper said in his comment, take your time, enjoy the videos and we'll enjoy your reaction to it. Here's "some" suggestion down below for fall/halloween themes. No idea if you already watched them or not. Even though White Zombie was the original zombie movie, but it's so boring. It was created in 1932 (free on Tubi). But the one that started it all was "Night of the Living Dead" (1968). Family & Kids Horror / Fantasy - Casper (1995) - Don't Look Under the Bed (1999) - Ernest Scared Stupid (1991) - Halloweentown (1998) - The Haunted Mansion (2003) - The Monster Squad (1987) Supernatural & Gothic Horror - House on Haunted Hill (1999) - Sleepy Hollow (1999) - The Craft (1996) - The Omen (1976) - Trick 'r Treat (2007) Dark Comedy & Supernatural Satire - Death Becomes Her (1992) - Practical Magic (1998) Sci-Fi & Dark Fantasy / Romance - E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (1982) - Edward Scissorhands (1990)

Love it. Looking forward to Doctor Who and Babylon Five this week. I hope you've got your own pointy stick to hand. You never know when you might need it? WHEEEEEEE!

Andy

Are movie reactions that you decide to do(with the exception of this Halloween season) now primarily on your other channel with your husband? (apologies if you already mentioned that and I missed it)

Andy

Fair. There is definitely a lot of things competing for the limited hours in a day.

Cody Thomas Sinclair

I definitely think you'll enjoy this last stretch of episodes for Babylon 5 season one!

Josef Schiltz

That's it, you see. Reacting to stuff has to fit in with more mundane things like eating, drinking, sleeping and breathing!

Ivanova: "Boom! . . . . diddyboom, diddyboom, diddyboom, diddyboom, diddyboom, diddyboom, boom!, boom! Oh, goodness gracious me! Oh, Franklin, I'm in trouble, I think it's plain to see! I start to feel a certain way when a Vorlon's next to me! A rush comes to my face and my pulse begins to race! It goes . . "

I swear for a moment I saw Castlevania 1x2 and was like, where’s 1x1?! Oh wait, duh…🤦‍♀️

Andy

Basic sustenance and life support is so overrated. 😝

Steven Cavanagh

Can I recommend the British T.V. Sci-Fi comedy Red Dwarf.

D.M. Lipkin

Since you enjoyed They Live! so much, maybe an exploration of some classic horror movies like Night of the Living Dead and Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

Dylan Humphries

That has turned out to be so much better than I was expecting.

Psychotic Panda

Ikrrrr had no hype before but it’s soo good

I know we are doing Castlevania now in spooky season but we are so perfectly positioned to watch Over the Garden Wall. Spooky season vibes with a stellar cast. I know it was on previous polls ...so maybe now is the time? It will put such a smile on all our faces.
