Boats and reflections: What we learned at yesterday's livestream class. (Patreon)

Hi everyone, this is a photo of what we painted in yesterday's (cherry blossom tier) livestream class. It was a great session where we build up a sea and landscape of dilute, vibrant colour washes and layered them with glazes to create a beautiful backdrop for our bobbing boats. We looked at how best to use masking fluid to achieve a crisp boat shape to contrast against the water and how to paint reflections in a rippling water.

Every livestream is recorded so you can watch it back at any point. If you would love to try this (and the many previous livestream class recordings) join the Cherry Blossom tier and make the most of locking in the lower price this month before it rises in September.
