can we view rumsfeld’s speach in 9/10/01 as the end of the scoreboard being used as the barometer of a wars cruel measure?

Another excellent episode from a sepulchral Missouri, projected back in time from the year 2666.

any thoughts on igsp-studies.com? his research seems pretty impeccable but he also has bizarre race science takes as well

More on Ancient Cosmologies and religions! What you mentioned about the Mayans was so interesting

Genuine question I felt after listening to this episode, which I was also reminded of feeling after Epstein’s death: can’t we allow ourselves any amount of time to feel better from, or feel some relief out of, the death of such a viciously hateful, actively malicious stain on whatever dignity we MIGHT have as a species? Am I being naive in wanting to feel, even if just to breathe in deeply for five minutes, some kind of relaxation of psychic muscles from hearing that such a beast, such an icon of gnostic evil, has died? I’m using so verbiage here that I’m not even particularly fond of for the sake of making my point, but Jesus Christ on sale, Rumsfeld was a walking simulation of Hell where a person should have been, and I just want any way in which to enjoy how, if nothing else, he can’t hurt anyone else anymore (personally/directly, at least.)

By pure coincidence, shortly after listening to this episode I listened to an old episode of Radio War Nerd with Max Blumenthal discussing his then-new book The Management Of Savagery and from what I can tell a serious portion of that book is dedicated to unpacking exactly the connections between Al Qaeda and US Intelligence / torture & imprisonment of Islamic insurgents that MSJ highlights as having occurred under the tenure of Don Rummy in the lead-up to 9/11 and continuing today. Management Of Savagery just rocketed up to near the top of my reading short list. I'll link that episode of RWN, it's paywalled but honestly y'all should be on the RWN Patreon already anyway. (Hilariously, I actually saw some comments left by MSJ himself on RWN's Patreon when I was scrolling through episodes from like two years ago.) https://www.patreon.com/posts/radio-war-nerd-26457104

Kissinger apparently refuses to die, so is there any chance of a humous episode about his ghoulish career?

JD

I think y’all would enjoy the 70s miniseries “Washington behind closed doors” . It aired about a year after “network” - Based on Ehrlichman's fictional memoir it has a large portion about Nixon v Helms; Jason Robards as Nixon, Cliff Robertson as Helms, Andy Griffith as LBJ. May not be totally accurate but it hints at stuff and is totally absorbing if you have 10 hours. Robards is great.

Pear Is A Patsy

Fuck Donald Rumsfeld, All my homies hate Rumsfeld

Micheal do you know anything about Carroll quigley or his book “the Anglo-American Establishment”? The legacy of Cecil rhodes’ massive African colonial wealth and its roll in 20th century history. Also quigley was a professor at Georgetown and taught one William Clinton who named dropped him at his acceptance speech at the 1994(?) democratic convention

New here, in fact I haven’t listened to any of these Patreon episodes yet. I started with the archives on Podcast, such as #67 Thomas Pynchon through to #72 …the John Kennedy Way pt.4. I’m now ready for #73, which is to be the day of the Kennedy assassination but the episode appears to be missing from archives. Anyone know about this? And or know how the #73 episode can be accessed?

John

Thinking about choosing to believe based on nothing in particular that Nixon was in fact covertly dosed.
