Antipsychotic withdrawal (and SSRI withdrawal for that matter) is a bitch, it took me months to get back to normal after like the 25mg of Abilify they had me on, and only after that did I learn that I should've been tapering off. Take care of yourself man.

BTW, coerced/forced antipsychotic prescriptions are on the rise in eldercare facilities, in prisons, in juvie facilities and "troubled teen" schools like on TrueAnon, etc.; huge numbers of people are literally forced to take these drugs. I have a problem with that. shitty, miserable drugs. Necessary and helpful for some small number of people, but way over-prescribed.
