The Last of Us Season 2 Episode 3 'The Path' Full TV Reaction!!

Comments

Ellie Williams

- Some observations. No spoilers I promise. It looks like Joel seemed to have embraced being part of the Jackson community. Look how many people left flowers outside his house. Joel even voluntarily went to therapy. Ellie on the other hand remains distanced other than a few people. She seems very closed off. She doesn't even want Dina to see her cry. - Ellie said her biggest fear was ending up alone. But she's of course not alone. She has Dina, Tommy, and Jesse who care deeply for her. - I never thought about it that way, but Tommy was right. Joel's primary motivation was to save people. He has a need to fix things like the breakers in Episode 1 or Ellie's guitar strings. - People noted that Joel doesn't fight back or even argue with Abby. It's just my opinion, but I believe it's because on some level Joel understands. And now Ellie is on the same mission Abby was. - On horseback it would take about 3 weeks to travel from Wyoming to Seattle. On a side note, why do we still use horsepower as a measurement? My car is 180 horsepower. Is someone going to gather 180 horses and have a race?

I definitely agree with the "Joel agreeing with Abby" thing. Pedro is even grimly nodding along during Abbys speech in ep2. I think Joel knew that he was to blame for his actions.

These new personalized TBR intro's are great. Fantastic work on this one and BCS.

"Give Sarah my love." Thanks for that gut punch, Tommy. Jeez.

I didn't spot the intro change!! That's where I'm up to with your reaction. But OMG.

Pretty sure the in-game journey to Seattle was 3 months, but it's late for my brain right now

According to Google: "Horsepower is still used as a unit of measurement, particularly for engines, due to its historical roots and ease of understanding for the general public". I guess since cars haven't been around as long as horse travel? Is gonna be interesting when we get into everyday space travel. "My space vehicle is 3 Million Horse power" (Chariots of the Gods here we go!!!)
