Paul Cox

Oh this is excellent! Congratulations G&L!!

Stephen Malloy

Good film with some very intense and unsettling scenes of violence. Kind of a cautionary tale for people coming of age in the seventies (like me).

Paul Cox

It's obviously in copyright limbo. They didn't just pull it down for funsies.

EdmanXERO

Congrats to Greg & Lilian! I was like 5 names below you guys. 🤣 I'll get it one of these days.

TBR Schmitt

Working on the re-edit! Hoping it’ll be back up on YT on Monday, but unfortunately heavily edited because Paramount issued a strike ☹️ -Sam

Brandon

Congrats, Greg and Lilian! Excellent choice.

Duncan

Congratulations to Greg & Lilian 🎉 Not seen this movie ,but looking forward to checking it out via the reaction. p.s I think this is the longest I have ever seen Daniels hair ✂

excellent choice!

Santiago Hardy

Oooh boy... Depending on your own personal mental constitution, Midnight Express is a horror movie. Great movie regardless.

Chris Bruneau

Congratulations Greg & Lilian!--so happy for you, I've seen you guys commenting herel for quite a while and our tastes in films are similar, this was a great pick!!

Backlog Andy M.

Midnight Express. My dad loves that film. The late Brad Davis. Done by Alan Parker. He did the movie Fame after this in (1980)

Keith Brown

Please be ready with a comedy after you view this thing. Be ready to post health helplines for your fans as no one will ever want to fly overseas again for fear of what happened to the characters in this movie.

Guston Zimasheen

Congratulations Greg & Lilian. Such a great pick as always. Looking forward to seeing TBR Schmitt's reaction, as I haven't seen this film in years.

Byrd N. Hand

And then "Pink Floyd: The Wall" right after that.

Chris 2015

"Joey, have you ever been in a Turkish Prison?"

OddThomas

Never seen Midnight Express but I always get that confused with Runaway Train (which is great too)

David Wilkins

Oh, they couldn’t be more radically different. 😶

Forrest

This makes me want to watch both because I haven't seen either. lol

Greg & Lilian

We tried for a long time “No way out” with no luck, so we decided to change our pick and it worked! Hope D & S like it! We know is kind of heavy but they have dealt with heavier stuff with no problem 😁

Hu Main

Yeah, this movie was really part of the zeitgeist at the time Airplane came out. Now I wonder if anyone gets the reference anymore.
