The Hermit squid is a concept for a potential creature in Call of the Void!It hollows out crystals and uses them as a shell!If the player pulls them out, they'll seek out nearby crystals to make a new home.Poor guys are gonna get evicted constantly :(What do you think?

Can thoes crystals be used like kyanite or just to Throw them put of there home

I like this idea. The acid is a cool touch. It means that it would not be safe to interact with them, but that also that their acid could maybe be (harmlessly and sustainably) harvested to temporarily improve prawn drill arm (or its equivelent). I could see a whole side quest of making an artificial home for one, taming one, and then using an artificial home and some mechanism with that to get a constant supply of the acid.

And maybe when the hermit squid breaks a crystal to make it its home, it leaves let's you access the middle of the crystal that's left, which is a softer form of the crystal thatl harden if you're not there in time.

Also on the collection of acid. You could probs get a bit from their shell when you evict them

Would their bold colours be something similar to a cuttlefish? Where they can camouflage or embolden their appearance based on necessity?
