Coming This Week (Patreon)

Apparently Patreon doesn't want square images anymore. The image previews are all YouTube-thumbnail-shaped now and it crops out a lot of the top and bottom of square images. So I have adjusted.

Hello everyone! I decided to make the week ahead romance-y (and a little anti-romance-y) themed for Valentines Day. Indiana Jones will continue next week.

Monday: Since Palm Springs (2020) received such high excitement from so many of you in the poll that it was featured in and with that poll having such close results, we're going to watch that this week. So this is a mix of Viewer's Choice + KL's Choice. 😊

Tuesday: Continuing Season 2 of Jessica Jones 2x9: AKA Shark in the Bathtub, Monster in the Bed + 2x10: AKA Pork Chop. Jessica exudes a very anti-Valentines personality.

Wednesday: I'm in the mood for another older movie and I hear It Happened One Night (1934) is largely considered to have set the blueprint for the rom-com genre, so I want to check it out!

Thursday: It's finale time! We're wrapping up Season 2 of Fallout with Episode 8 called The Strip.

Friday: We finish the week with Promising Young Woman (2020), which is a Reactr request from Nathan Jasper, specifically requested to watch and share around Valentines Day. Thank you, Nate!

📢 Make sure to get your entry in for the March draw, which will close on Thursday Mar 5 and the draw will happen the next day. This is open to members in the Movie Watchers and TV Insiders tiers.

Thank you to everyone who voted in the Catherine O'Hara poll earlier this week. Best in Show (2000) was the winner of that one by a lot of votes, so that will be in next week's schedule!

There's going to be another poll shared later today with a Film Noir theme. Stay tuned! And a reminder that all paid tiers have access to vote in polls.

Now more than ever it's important to do the things that make you happy. The world is heavy right now. Make sure you're taking care of yourself. 🥰

You're all the best, thank you for being here! ❤️
