First off, since it's been two weeks, I opened the update to the knight tier. My apologies for forgetting to do that on friday.

Anyway, I finished Trails through Daybreak. I really enjoyed it, it might be my new favorite Trails game and one of my top favorites overall. I would personally highly recommend Daybreak--even if you haven't played Trails before, I feel like it makes a pretty solid series entrypoint.

It also gave me a few ideas for my next project. That's a long, long way off at this point, but it's still something always in the back of my mind just since when I do get there, I'd like to have the idea developed enough to start on it in relative short order, and my ideas always need some time to marinate before I'm sure if they're good enough to pursue. Not sure if the ones I got from playing that will be it, but they're the strongest set I've had so far.

Putting my unsolicited recommendations aside, though, it's time to get back to work on v0.13. It's possible that this update will require two mini-cycles of creating the different kinds of content rather than my usual single cycle; will have to see. The events alluded to at the end of last update are significant, but I doubt they'll take up a whole update. What I'm less sure of is how much space they -will- take up, so it would be hard to know how much of the following stuff to set up instead. We'll see how it goes.

One other note, Mimo seems to be rather unlucky and ran into some health issues, delaying her work on the art I mentioned. It's not a huge deal overall, and she's mostly recovered now, but it does mean that I'll probably just be rolling the alternate Ligaea art I mentioned into next update, since I would rather just finalize a version I can use for public release soon and not have to worry about messing with that.
