Weekly Update (6-16-2025) (Patreon)

Definitely made some good progress this week.

Assuming I can keep it up, I seem to have hit my stride for the update, though hard to be sure since new IRL crap seems to just love popping up when I'm getting better from other crap. -_-; My foot is mostly better now, but had some other very frustrating stuff happen instead. Mainly drama that I don't want to get into too much. Hopefully it won't affect my progress too much, but hard to be sure.

Content-wise, I'm still on the Kharos section. This is going to be a particularly large one of those, given that we were away for quite a while and also have some pressing new things to address there. Plus, of course, the first new district that Despoina mentioned last update. Am generally looking forward to that, and really all of it.

One minor issue here has been adjusting to Despoina's new art. I like it a lot, but it does still take a bit to adjust to in terms of being sure the writing still feels like her. At this point I think I've managed the transition effectively, but I'll likely do a double check against some older sections with the new art in to be sure. Overall, I think it does fit her, though, and am hoping everyone will enjoy. ^^

At any rate, overall, progress is going well despite life's best efforts. Little does it know I can run on spite when I need to, heh. Hopefully I'll be able to keep that up until things even out. But for now, back to work.
