Hello my dear friends!

I had many request for an illuminated version of the Gingerbread Haunted house Ghosts! So here they are! In three versions!

It is a larger format than the original ghost, with a reworked thickness and an opening at the bottom to accommodate a battery operated tealight. Like i mentionned above, i have added two more face expressions to let you choose the one you prefer.

The overall height is just over 110mm.

The opening at the bottom is larger than a conventional tealight, so you will be sure every model of tealight you'll buy will work.

TIPS: Print them with a small layer height if you can. You will get a smoother surface. Print them with at least 4 walls. Try to prevent any infill inside the body of the ghost.

When printing vertical faces with openings in it, slow down your external perimeter speed. This will prevent having these defects in the form of horizontal lines around the openings that you can sometimes have.

There are no instructions with this project for obvious reasons! The stl files are already placed in the right orientation for printing, and a Bambu Lab project file is also included.

I have used Gratkit White PLA filament for this project, because it has a nice transparency and gives good results with the tealights.

If you have any kind of problem with the files, just let me know! I will be pleased to help you!

Now time for me to go back to the other projects! Have fun my friends and keep printing!!!

Question to the group. What 3d software are you using to design 3D modeling.

Frédéric Lallement

my 3D software is Pascal :) and for some "easy mods" the slicer itself

For making in Bambu Studio the speed to 50 for outer walls you can use a Cube modifier, right bottom on ghost -> add modifier -> cube

These look amazing, I'm just having trouble with the print, under the arms it looks like the filament is melting and giving me horrible lines, the rest of the print is solid and looks amazing, am i missing something here? i knows its going to be a setting or something, I'm super new to all this so any info would be helpful. im using bambu labs.
