To be honest what was the point of gen v of the characters wasn't going to do nothing thus entire time it feels like we waste our time just for gen v characters to not do shit

That's a very good question, but I guess giving us giving us major Solider Boy content was more important.

This final was okay the only issue Is that basically all that built up for homelander getting v1 was for nothing then soldier boy got wasted just for him to go back to the frozen chamber black noir had two pointless deaths the og noir from season 3 and the new noir in season 4 what was the point watching gen v just to have the characters do fucking nothing this wasn't such a bad final just disappointed

He did crash out we had him in the dang White House lol. Plus if he started killing everyone on earth they’d need a Batman type plan to take him down without dying. Idk but when it comes to characters I’m glad the ones who survived got a happy ending especially Hughie he been through so much

I love that the Deep stayed a loser the whole series 😂he refused character development & Starlight had no idea he was banned from the ocean so she unknowingly sent him to a worse fate lol. I like that they wrapped up everything they could, not everything was done well but the actors put there all into this show especially this last episode Butcher, Hughie, Kimiko & Homelander killed it. I liked that Hughie ended where he started the show working in a electronic store & him naming his kid Robin is just awe

Yeah most of the season felt like a set up and just didn’t really focus on the finally until the last like 2 episodes and they felt mostly just rushed.

I don’t mind the finale and I know people have been calling this season all filler but I just wish homelander had more time with the V1, to be more terrifying, implement that plans he has. Give me more of what happens to Frenchie, just a little tap and homelander is there, stuff like that. Also it would give more time for the soldier boy beam to be given to himiko, it would feel more natural than just “whoops she got it” you would have more time between her and frenchie talking about the risks of pushing herself so hard and the risks of not pushing herself

Didn’t really like this season because of soldier boy (yes, I said it, loved him in s3 but they used him as a walking promo for their next show which was annoying) just glad my girl Ashley survived the series!!

Yeah idk this season was whatever the Hughie and Butcher scene made up for the last episode but as a whole season it was lackluster. I am still exited for spinoffs in this universe (I'm a sucker for superhero shit). But it might suffer the MCU Endgame aftermath effect.

I mean hey their posters they used for marketing the show made it seem homelander would of ended up having that crash out. It's like they changed their mind at the last second or something.

Decent final to an overall mediocre season, then again I think the Boys has been low-key mid since season S3 for various reasons, so maybe my opinion is a bit skewed 🤣🤣😅😅 That said, Deep got a fitting end, Homelander going out just like A-Train said was mad lovely. And my girl Kimiko made it out and got her puppy, so that was cool.

Sam's ending for Homelander and The Deep being stuck together powerless, is pretty 🔥🔥🔥🔥Should had her in the writers room. I'm happy Sam and Dani had a lovely trip, it looked like a very good time 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤗🤗

I didn't think it was as bad as the Stranger Things ending, defiantly some rough spots 6.5/10 Solider Boy being completely gone and not even mentioned/shown at the end. Homelander's only kill the entire episode was fake Elon Musk and it happened off screen. Starlight took the Deep to go fight at the ocean. She took Aqua Man to go fight at the ocean... The Hughie/Butcher scene was pretty good though.

They nerfed homelander so much butcher and ryan and kimiko are not in Homelander level they didn’t have time to give us a good fighting that respect the power scaling its their fault waisting time on previous episodes in some dumb shit
