I can't unite these by theme --  they're just two titles that I'm specifically holding off for the channel despite wanting to see them in my real life!!

I rewatched Children of Men last December after not having seen it since it was in theaters. If anything, I liked it even more the second time. Punch Drunk Love was probably PTA's most "mainstream" film prior to Licorice Pizza, but it's definitely not like When Harry Met Sally or anything...still identifiably PTA.

No shade for Punch Drunk Love, but Children of Men is one of the best sci-fi movies of the last 20 years so this poll was no contest for me.

(Side note: If you end up watching Punch Drunk Love and want to see more Emily Watson, definitely watch 1998's 'Hilary and Jackie.' She's a bonafide powerhouse as Jacqueline Du Pré.)
