Hey!

Welcome to all of the new patrons, I was really happy with how the last AU episode turned out and I'm happy that you all seem to agree. There are certain talking points that I want to address in a follow up video, like "are there good examples of highway median stations?", "is highway median running fine for longer distance stuff?", and "what if it's the only option?". I think this video would be better for the second channel, either way let me know if you'd like this.

Anyway I was just on vacation over the weekend so I'm just now catching up on messages and video related things (well all things for that matter). So you should see some more stuff coming out this week. Possibly I might have another AU episode out this weekend, but that's being optimistic.

*Future small Urbanist videos will be:*

- places to visit in the US that show off good transit/planning/walkability

- where to move if you're moving to philly

Bigger Future projects will be:

- Glassboro Camden Line

- New Jersey, Highways and Transit politics

- Amtrak's rolling stock issues

- Company Towns

Either way I look forward to seeing you all around for future projects. Oh and btw, I'm still working on the Big Nationalization video, I have some good people that I'm working with for it.

Thanks again,

Alan

P.S. there might be a channel graphic design overhaul in the future

I think you mentioned in a recent live stream chat, about possibly doing a short video about the city of Cincinnati voting on selling the Cincinnati Southern Railway to Norfolk Southern this November. I hope this might still be a topic you are considering, as it could help raise awareness among people that really just don’t understand how bad a deal it is. No pressure or anything, but would be pretty cool! lol

Yes that's also on the list! I'm out at the moment so I wasn't completely remembering what was on my white board list
