Hey guys! Here is the YT edit for Wonder Woman! With the live and everything yesterday we totally forgot to post it here!

Benjamin Gerrald

Good film except the last 30 mins which was really bad.

Tim C

Gal Gadot is Beautifull ! And in the Sequel Lindia Carter has a Cameo. Actress from the 70s Wonder Woman Series.

Collar City Guy

I tried watching this on YouTube by a different reactor a while back just couldn't get interested. But the dynamic duo does it again as Cassie's (andin this case Carly reaction and Matt's editing skills made this a rather enjoyable watch!

Steve Holton

Cassie is right. This was a bit like "The Little Mermaid" as Diana fishes Steve out of the water to later become a fish out of water. But not surprising Diana could take advantage of Amazon next day shipping to reach London so fast. Where she indeed delivers. No returns for some, so a “Blue Origin” story for this Amazon as well 😊

(I'm not sure why this post didn't appear in my notifications.) Old British Guy (54yo 😂) is played by David Thewlis. Which reminds me he was in a movie alongside the talented Val Kilmer and the legendary Marlon Brando. Surely such a collaboration is not to be missed! https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0116654/ To paraphrase: "It is the most outrageous spectacle you will ever witness!" :-)

"Amazon next day shipping" Booooo! 😂😂😂

Cassie I am very happy you'll be watching Meet Me In St Louis soon. I'd like to push another film you'd love for romantic February. Oklahoma (1955) with Gordon Macrae and Shirely Jones. I am not complaining that I haven't won the pop pop pop-corn...I know I am one of many hundreds...I've tried to push this film for over a year, because I know you'd really enjoy it. Maybe you could make it a Cassie selection, because on a poll it might lose, not if the poll was Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals...but you haven't had any of those. I hope you consider Oklahoma when deciding what movie you'd like to see.

Clay F

Good movie. Great reaction. Had 81k YT views the first day.

Kevin O'Donnell

Great reaction, great movie! the death of Steve Trevor was genuinely quite moving for a superhero movie. On to Justice League :Snyder cut!!

Happy Hanukkah

It strikes me that this reaction is perfectly timed for the current holiday, given Diana's theme song: "I had a little baby, I made it out of clay..."

Clarence Newman

A wee heads up for Cassie and Ben. I just went to watch this YT edit and the title says "Full Reaction".

Clarence Newman

I don't understand why people think Gal Gadot is a bad actress. Then again, how anyone can even hear what she's saying when her face is onscreen is beyond me. I like Chris Pine too. Would love to see an "Unstoppable" rewatch.

Chris Thom

Don't you just love when you try to sync them and the counter on PIB goes forward, but the counter on the streamer goes backward? Good times.

Clarence Newman

That's why I stick with DVDs, Chris. If I don't have the DVD, I either buy it or wait for the YT.

Chris Thom

Heard someone in the chat mention a Hebrew word, so I looked it up and apparently that was based on a Jewish legend. Learn something new every day!

Happy Hanukkah

I assume you are referring to the "golem." ("An animated anthropomorphic being in Jewish folklore that is created entirely from inanimate matter, usually clay or mud.") For a story closer to the original theme, there's the classic The Sorcerer's Apprentice scene in Fantasia (1940). My original comment was a reference to arguably the best known Hanukkah song in English: "I Have a Little Dreidl." (Dreidl - a spinning top used as a Hanukkah toy.) Here's a version by the Barenaked Ladies, just because: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPyRILK7TKU And since we're fast approaching Christmas, here's a rendition of The First Noel by their fellow Canadian contemporaries, the Crash Test Dummies: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X43JtPGtyIA

Happy Hanukkah

I just saw Steve Holton's comment in the chat: "This is the highest grossing film about World War I." 😂😂😂

Clay F

Gal Gadot is a beauty. In this movie, she also had such a physical presence. Stunning.

Chris Thom

Yes, Golem. That's what they said in the chat. At first I thought they were referring to the LOTR character and was like huh? But then looked it up. I'm going to watch that scene from Fantasia again. I saw that scored by a live orchestra once in SF and it was awesome.

Chris Thom

1917 might be up there, too. And War Horse. But attach that DC label, and yeah this was probably number one.

Happy Hanukkah

You're quite correct. For those interested, the top three "WW1" movies by approximate worldwide gross are: 1. Wonder Woman (2017): $820 million 2. 1917 (2019): $450 million 3. War Horse (2011): $180 million

Clarence Newman

I remember seeing a meme years ago, where the picture was from a press conference. There were two guys in the picture, but while one of them had literally 30 microphones bunched together in front of him (all different news stations, I imagine), the other guy had just one. Beneath the big bunch it said, "The attention Hollywood gives World War 2", and under the single one, "All other wars in history." Kind of a shame because World War I was brutal. Those guys deserve some testimonials.

Richard Maurer

It’s a shame how Wonder Women’s contribution to ending WW1 was largely ignored by Hollywood for so many years before this film came out.

Clarence Newman

The reason's obvious, Richard. They had to wait for Gal Gadot to be born and grow up.

Clay F

Wow - $820 million
