Two guesses: first guess Marinette because breaking into a hospital or trying to hack for medical info is illegal Two felix Lila doesn't know where a very vulnerable Marinette is and felix has the info she needs. Probably trying to get max to hack their phone

100% agree most likely the hospital bc although I wouldn’t put it pass Felix to sue ( he’s rich enough lol) they don’t currently have the time or energy to do so since they are investigating Gabriel THEN AGAIN Max doesn’t KNOW that so it really could go either way… I just feel like Felix doesn’t seem like the type ( to the rest of the class) to sue as a first resort.. like they’d probably think he’d use other means of retaliation before suing While the hospital itself is more likely to be super worried about being sued for lax security so they’d sue max to pass the blame. In addition (lol am I writing an essay 😭), is more likely to have clear details about where in the hospital Marinette is.. ( I bet the details about her hospital room and shi were sent to their burner cat phone)
