LAST BADTOBER 2026 ENTRIES! days 27-31 (Patreon)

Hello again Patrons!

Here are the last three spreads from Badtober!! I can't believe I essentially completed it for once, not including day 21 which I think I skipped.

DAY 27 - 28: You right now & chunks

The first image is a combination of these two prompts. The left shows me working on a Badtober entry and the right shows "chunks" of my day to day. Towards the end of Badtober, I started getting looser with things and this is an example of that! I very very loosely sketched out this spread and then went in with sharpie for the lines. I colored everything with copics and then I added the smaller surrounding doodles at the end! I like this one quite a bit, it's different.. But while I was making it, I was sorta unhappy with it.

DAY 29: You should probably go

I think this prompt is kinda like "I'll show you the door" but "I'll show you all the ways you can get out of my face!" So I drew a bunch of automobiles and transportation. From the top down, we have the old CalTrains, then a USPS mail van, an old SamTrans bus, a bunch of cars, and a row of bikes! I did these in sharpie too, and the red is a red brush pen :D

DAY 30: FREE DAY

DAY 31: A crowd has formed..

I was originally gonna draw a crowd of people, maybe a funny version of that invincible panel or cover of all the angry viltrumites lol. But I saw this artwork that inspired me to make a "crowd" of all the supplies I used this past month!

But I actually drew something quite similar to my new one a few years ago as a patreon reward!!

So fun to compare the new to old..

This drawing is mostly ink, colored with copic markers to ensure the smoothness of colors.. The base of the paper is covered with white posca (this is how I ensure nothing bleeds through the next page). But this posca layer interacts strangely with some pens. So the black of the pens and pencils is black, but it absorbs into the posca and turns gray! I like how this looks so I use it a lot. Then the dark black background is a black brush pen.. Mega black..

This drawing took me very long, but I felt like the last day should be more effortful.

I really love Badtober it always sorta fixes me.. helps me loosen up and also experiment! It was tortuous at times but I am strong and brave.
