Horrifically Overpowered Class Features for Pathfinder 1e - The Wizard (Patreon)
Content
With this article, I'm done with Horrifically Overpowered features for all the Core classes (and their Unchained variants) of Pathfinder 1e, which began with Horrifically Overpowered Fighter Class Features. That fighter article covers why I still do Horrifically Overpowered products and articles, and gives the Horrifically Overpowered Class Feature feat to access these class features.
Paying members of this Patreon are still receiving exclusive articles covering the Hybrid classes (in progress), and eventually the Occult Classes. They also get access to the Index of Horrifically Overpowered Content, which I will update every time a new Horrifically Overpowered products or article goes up, be that for Pathfinder 1e, Starfinder 1e, or any other system.
This is a GREAT time to check on how you folks are enjoying the H.O. class feature articles available to all members. After the Wizard, would you like me to go on to the Base classes? Do different Pathfinder 1e material? More of something else entirely? Let me know!

Horrifically Overpowered Wizard Class Features
You access these class features with the Horrifically Overpowered Class Feature feat (see the Fighter article, or Index).
Horrifically Overpowered Wizard Class Skills (Horrifically Overpowered): You gain an innate bonus to all Intelligence-based Wizard class skills equal to the highest-level wizard spell you can cast. You gain one bonus rank of each Knowledge skill for each Wizard level you have. This cannot exceed the normal limit of one rank per character level.
Horrifically Overpowered Wizard Weapon Proficiency (Horrifically Overpowered): When wielding a club, dagger, heavy crossbow, light crossbow, or quarterstaff, you can use a hand wielding that weapon to complete somatic components for spells on the sorcerer/wizard spell list, even if you accessed the spell through some class other than wizard. When wielding one of these weapons and wearing no armor and carrying no shield, you gain a bonus to Armor Class against attacks of opportunity and to concentration checks equal to the highest-level Wizard spell you can cast.
Horrifically Overpowered Bonus Language (Horrifically Overpowered): You gain draconic as a bonus language. You gain an additional number of bonus languages equal to the highest-level wizard spell you can cast. You can cast comprehend languages as a spell-like ability at will. You can speak to any creature that both has a language (any language) and casts arcane spells (or has arcane spell-like abilities).
Horrifically Overpowered Arcane Bond (Horrifically Overpowered): You gain two arcane bonds. You may select the same arcane bond twice.
If you select a bonded object, it gains all the benefits of an occultist's implement. You select its implement school when you gain this Horrifically Overpowered class feature, and that choice cannot be changed. You use your wizard level as your occultist level for this purpose. You gain the associated resonant power and base focus power. For each level of wizard spell you can cast, you select one occultist spell of the same or lower level. You treat selected spells as spells known and add them to your wizard's spell list. You can prepare these implement spells as normal, or you can cast them by expending a prepared wizard spell of the same or higher level.
For each bonded object that you decide to treat as an implement focus, you gain a number of points of mental focus equal to half your Intelligence bonus (minimum 1) plus half your wizard level (minimum 1). The resonant powers and base focus powers of your bonded objects function only for you.
If you select a familiar, your familiar gains a second form. The second form is an animal companion as the druid class feature, using your wizard level as your druid level for this purpose. When in its animal companion form, your familiar still functions as a familiar as well, and retains its natural armor adjustment, Intelligence, and "Special" abilities as a familiar. In either form it has the higher of its animal companion or familiar HP, and damage done to one form are retained in the other. For skills, the familiar uses it's number of ranks or your number of ranks in either form, and always uses it's current form's ability modifiers. It always counts as both an animal companion and a familiar for purposes of spells and other abilities. It takes your familiar a standard action to change forms.
Horrifically Overpowered Arcane School (Horrifically Overpowered): You gain all the benefits of the universal school. You also gain on arcane or element school of your choice, without gaining an opposing school.
Horrifically Overpowered Scribe Scroll (Horrifically Overpowered): You can scribe scrolls in 1/10th the normal time. scribing a scroll costs you 10% less than normal. You can scribe a scroll working with an ally that knows the spell or a spellbook that has the spell written in it, even if you do not know the scroll. You can cast scrolls of spells not on the wizard spell list, and those with spells higher than your caster level, with no chance f failure. When you cast a scroll, you use it's casting level or your caster level, whichever is higher, and calculate it's save DC as if you has cast it or using its base save DC, whichever is higher.
Horrifically Overpowered Bonus Feats (Horrifically Overpowered): Each time you gain a bonus feat from the wizard class, you gain two additional such feats. You can choose an arcanist exploit with your wizard bonus feats. The first time you do so, you gain an arcane reservoir with 2 points in it and the consume spells class feature. Each time thereafter you take an exploit you add 1 point to your arcane reservoir, to a maximum number of points equal to your wizard level.
Horrifically Overpowered Spellbooks (Horrifically Overpowered): You have a mental spellbook. Adding things to your mental spellbook takes half the normal time and cost. Your mental spellbook cannot normally be lost or removed from you. When you gain a wizard level, you add your Intelligence modifier to the number of spells you add to your spellbook for free.
