My fantasy ttRPG campaigns often pull from themes and ideas I picked up in my formative years of reading and watching. I've never tried listing which were my MAIN influences, but I've thought about it recently. These are certainly on that list, even if they aren't all of what I should include.

Note that this is not a list of my favorite fantasy media (though some are), or what I think are the best. Indeed, some of these were a BAD influence on me. But nevertheless, these are all FORMATIVE influences on what my baseline idea of "fantasy" is.

I'm sure I will think of three blinding omissions within a day...

Captain Button

Back when I had friends with young daughters, I'd give them the Harper Hall books as good SF that was subversive of traditional gender roles. When I gave Barbies it was always Space Camp Barbie or Presidential Candidate Barbie or similar.

Steven Butterworth

The Pern author's surname is McCaffrey (i.e. "rey", not "ery").

Owen K.C. Stephens

This is ESPECIALLY embarrassing because I initially wrote Andre Norton, who is an author I LIKE, but NOT the author of Pern!

Silver Griffon

Did you mean King Kong in the movies? The only King King I can find doesn't seem to fit.

Ian Arvizo

Gotta concur on the Elfstones comment. The entire series is “oh the druids are almost gone! Hey they are back-nope they are almost gone again!” He milked this trope to death to the detriment of the entire series among other things.
