Operational Efficiency:
CleanSpark has focused on maintaining the most efficient large-scale Bitcoin mining operations, upgrading a substantial portion of its fleet to more efficient mining equipment. They crush it here

Strategic Acquisitions:
The company pursued M&A opportunities to secure additional power contracts and infrastructure, resulting in rapid expansion.
STRATEGY - THIS IS KEY
CleanSpark emphasizes maintaining a focus on Bitcoin mining, choosing not to pursue high-performance computing (HPC) or AI deals, unlike some of its peers. I AGREE WITH THIS AND I DO NOT SEE MINERS MAKING A PROFIT ON COMMODOTIZED COMPUTE FROM AI
The company believes that every dollar invested outside of Bitcoin mining represents a distraction from the core business.
