Outstanding episode. I was NOT ready for it to end at all. The moment she was at the billboard with the inner thought contemplation, I was like "No, we need more right now!" in my head 🤯

Just like Tony, I couldn't wait for the next episode and immediately clicked play upon notification 😂

Zaaaworlda

It is really such an incredible story

Just not possible today. Only had time on the PC for 2 eps before IRL stuff

When will the next music anime vote be? After Carole and Tuesday? Because rock is a ladys modesty is really fun and enjoyable from a music aspect.

It's still like that in some places of the world. My parents are from Iran, it's forbidden to dance in public for example, especially for women. There are no official dance schools. A lot of dancers practice privately in the underground, with the risk of getting caught and punished, face jailtime, sentenced to lashes or execution. In recent years, several artists in Iran have been executed or sentenced to death — often under the charges of “enmity against God” or “corruption on Earth.” These terms are frequently used as pretexts to silence dissenting voices critical of the regime. My father was also held there as a political prisoner for four years because he opposed the regime, and he was tortured. That was before my parents fled to Germany.

I initially took the side of the man taking credit when i first watched this specific episode cause of the times. I missed the part that she has taken the same tests as everyone else when I first watched it. I thought since she was so young she was in some kind of intern type program gaining experience not someone that's more qualified than the men.

Hermit

That monk is something else. I'm not religious or anything but wasn't Jesus all about helping the weak and the poor?

Arc

The voice actor for Kolbe is the same for Mahito from JJK so that's why it sounds familiar

kinetic98

well there goes potocki's chance of getting rich

Lixien

Yup. Look at some of the people that are really religious in the present lmao. They would be the first to kill Jesus.

Yuyu

yeah there's a lot of people who only practice their belief because it gets them into heaven (and not hell; according to them) not because they actually want to emulate Jesus. They will believe it but not walk the walk, and do just enough to get their 'reward'

Hermit

That's bleak, but it makes sense

Man, this is scratching an itch that started with the first few seasons of Jojo that they didn't really extend on. The idea that a solution to a problem takes multiple lives to cultivate is so fascinating to me.
