Outstanding season! We will 100% move into season 2.All my thoughts on this initial exposure are at the end of the reaction as that is way too much to type

The Fullmetal Alchemist PTSD will forever be iconic 😂

SKAOG

Pleased that you've enjoyed it, there's plenty more peak to come!

Cool to see the perspective of someone older who’s worked in schools. Show has something to offer for everyone

Shiratorizawa run is like the Patriots when Brady was going crazy, they got some dogs on that team but Ushiwaka is top dog. They showed it a bit but he has strength for a spiker that blows right through your strategies and tactics. This experience and hard fought battle will definitely build us up even more. Can’t wait for the greatness that is Season 2 to start up!!

Damn that was some good analysis, knew that clubs are good for social skills and teamwork which carry on to the adult life, but that was a insightful perspective, that club activities are a way to get used to adult things and skills without adult consequences.

People usually hide this info from the reactor so the last match in S1 feels like it has more stakes (even tho it's not spoiler). But now that we're here I think it's okay to make the whole tournament system more clear. There are two tournaments happening each year to have a chance to become the best in Japan: The InterHigh and the Spring Tournament. Both have the region phase (to determine who's the best in each region to then compete at Nationals) and the National phase. We lost against Aoba Johsai in the quarterfinals, Aoba Johsai lost against Shiratorizawa in the finals, and Shiratorizawa is going to represent Miyagi in the Nationals for this tournament. (off-camera) The next thing now for our protagonists is the Spring Tournament. Usually third years retire from this to focus on studies and their future but they're still some that decide to continue as we just saw (specially those going pro ofc)

Every time I see schools in anime, and I know they're obviously glorified in most anime, but I always think, man, I wish schools here would focus even half as much on letting kids be kids, but also letting them have a lot more freedom to study what they want after school, I feel like schools here are like, "yep, take your cores, take your electives, and then get out, teachers have to leave in 30"

TRAINING ARC!!!!!! One of my favorite seasons!

Masamune

The character building in this anime is also great and smooth, especially how the relationship between Hinata and Kageyama begun and how it became in the last episode, it’s so good✨

Alesta

I honestly never thought i would enjoy this show that much

Yeah man, as an ex-athlete in high school myself, when you meet an anomaly like that with just insane raw athleticism this is the worst… you start thinking that you just can’t deal with that, but if you actually do manage to figure smth out and somehow handle the guy - this is the best feeling ever. Can’t wait for s2 and s3 to come!

“How many hours did I practice just for this one shot?” man this anime is🔥🔥🔥
