Hello everyone!

Sorry for the late upload here, for some reason this video took an absolute age to process on Patreon. But today, as I work on the episode 47 review, we're diving into Uryu Ishida's characterisation. Much like my recent video on Yhwach, the TYBW Anime has totally fixed this character - but how, and what kind of ramifications will these big changes have?

Yeah it's even on the bleach website. It's remaining the same time in Japan for tokyotv to show it there, yet every streaming site is now doing Tuesdays for the remainder of the last 3 episodes

Uryu will have Mimihagi on his hand from Shunsui, which will hide the shot of Still Silver from The Almighty. To prevent Yhwach from changing the future, Uryu will use the Antithesis to swap The Almighty from Yhwach to himself for a moment, giving Ichigo the chance to deal the final blow. That's my guess for how the final battle will go based on what we've been shown so far. I think we saw Mimihagi right after Senjumaru's Bankai because it seems like it gives you a glimpse of your future fate.

Uryu vs mayuri would be an insane rematch. Could’ve been a cool way to actually beat jugram, make uryu and mayuri fight to an almost stand still and let the similarities between their shrifts be enough for mayuri to help them get the edge and let uryu strike with the antithesis and THEN have yhwach use the auswahlen when jugram is being beaten despite having his power, disappointing him and could highlight again why he chose uryu to be his true successor. Would’ve been cool especially with the call back of the sanrei glove being used against mayuri in their first fight. Woulda been really full circle and I think a little better pay off with the fight ending because of yhwach, same with Gerard.
