No. Lord Inpyeong is the Queen’s father. The queen’s brother is a doctor in the Royal Hospital that’s why they asked if her brother is one of the physicians who saw the Grand Prince’s records.

My guess was wrong. I thought that she would reveal her true feelings for him by episode 8. I guess they want to do the secret reveal to force her true feelings reveal plot type. Hmmm. New guess the last scene of Episode 9 not the epilogue. I don't think this issue will last more than one episode.

my guess is that the brother or father (I have no clue) of the queen was surprised because it wasn't supposed to be her to have fainted.
