Anytime I comment I do it for the sake of small tidbits info to help, I in no way intend to patronize and my bad if I it seems like that. With that being said. The people complaining about you not knowing what the manga readers know when you don't read the manga is absurd, honestly with their flawed reasoning I just assume they skipped skypeia, and long ring long land, and don't take what they say seriously. Alright I'll try to keep this short. Vegapunk, Caesar, vinsmoke judge, queen were all together part of "M.A.D.S." scientific research... Crew? So I assume they all share their research notes and discoveries, especially similarities you see queen being partially cyborg and german66 suits and their bodies being modified, cloning from judge and vegapunk, Caesar and .. well anyways you get the idea they all modified to more of their liking Let's see what else... Oh when you mentioned about loki joining strawhats that reminded when I read this chapter 2 years ago, whatever they are using to make the books big, is it possible to shrink and use it on loki to fit on the ship if he does join, be interesting. AFAIK they were all different specialists, w/ Queen's specialty clearly being cybernetics & bioweapons, and Judge clearly being more external gear & genetic engineering. Then Veggieman is more like pew pew sci-fi guns & other energy-based devices like that.

Back when the corresponding chapter came out, people went and tried anything they could to analyse what "Shaggy" says here, in order to find out who may or may not be behind the voice. The discrepancy between the feminine word choice and the bearded snail, the "scary experience", Loki being friends with them for a long time, etc. There were LOTS of theories from back then. With the anime, we have one more point, which is that the voice itself seems somewhat feminine, in addition to the word choice. Amusingly enough, the end credits actually list the voice of Shaggy (in Japanese "Mosa") as "???". So we literally do not know who that is. The theory that I saw and liked the most back then - which has a bunch of holes - is that "Mosa"/"Shaggy" might be Shirahoshi. One problem with this theory is how would they have become friends in the first place? Yes, he says that they've never met or seen each other, so it would be weird to be friends with anyone else, too. But Shirahoshi was locked up since early childhood and was only freed a couple weeks or months ago when the Strawhats arrive post-timeskip. Also, Giants live a LONG ASS TIME. Shirahoshi is what, 16? Even if we assume that she's known him since she was 10, would a time-span of 6 years even be "a long time" in the eyes of a giant? On the flipside, it would make for a decent parallel between her and Loki, since he was locked up aswell. (Although for the opposite reason) Also in favor of this theory is the way that "Shaggy" talks, similar to what you would expect of a Crybaby that has slowly gotten a small amount of confidence. Would also fit if the "scary experience" that "Shaggy" has had and that still has them shaking would've been the Reverie, where Shirahoshi almost got kidnapped by the Celestial Dragons. Would've been an appropriate scene for Loki to say that he would've slaughtered everyone there, whilest someone like Shirahoshi would indeed think that this would've gone too far. So yeah, since then I've subscribed to the theory that "Shaggy" / "Mosa" might be Shirahoshi.
