Had Akaza awakened the man would've unlocked what Tanjiro did and ended them, but that backstory had me tearing despite this rewatch after seeing it in cinema

I like that they show the underlings fighting. Too often stories make the lower ranks pointless. But there is no general with out an army.

Yeah Demon slayer anime is better than the manga. It barely ever happens that I think this. The anime extends things that were only one panel. Especially the backstories. I can say when I read the manga I didn't care about any of the demons. Lastly the ending was super rushed in the manga but on the anime side they are making it huge with three movies.

i’ve watched this movie 3 times now and all times it has made me cry 😭

In my opinion... Akaza has the saddest tragic backstory from a Human to Demon< if anything, he had the right to became a Demon in the first place, because those in the other Dojo's were too greedy and envious of Akaza's growth as an Martial Artist to the point of them being cowardly enough to use poison in the water well thus not only killed his Master but his beloved too... Akaza will forever be my favourite Demon in the series, P.S. I inherently hate Douma with all of my being, the only good thing about him is the design of his character, but him as a character, I just hate him for what he did to Shinobu and her older sister. Sorry for the rant lol. I love this movie, I hope that in 2027 and 2029 will be even more amazing.

Akaza's backstory is what made him the best demon for me, everyone else is either evil for evil sake or just because they think themselves are a victim.

Seems like you forgot a lot of things. Bro was suprised to see Akaza's technics that were shown in Mugen Train.

Also just finished the reaction video, I loved how you also cared for Akaza's backstory and to me, I cried like hell when I read the manga panels for his backstory and it hit me even harder with the amazing voice acting for his character development, and I went to see the movie twice at the 4DX cinema in Edinburgh, first time watching sub and then the second was in Dub, it was expensive, like almost £20 per person plus more if you wanted food or drinks or just bring your own stuff as long as it's not hot stuff. But yeah, loved the reaction and I can't wait for your next two movie reactions, in the meanwhile, I'll watch your Tensura reactions as it's my favourite series of all time.
