We really are ramping up. I’m with you on loving Strand as he is most deviously entertaining, and Colman is great in the role. It is the thing of yes, he is trying to change, yet most everyone else is skeptical which makes sense given their most recent interactions with him. He does have quite the stressful dynamic with Daniel, which as you said, creates a unique viewing experience for you as they are your two favorites. Tracy was a pistol for sure, especially her calling Strand out left and right, If I were Strand, I’d have defended myself by saying, “Let’s not get lost in the who, whats and whens.” It is quite harrowing to see Madison and Daniel at the low that they’re at. Your thoughts on the young ladies carrying on Alicia’s legacy seem valid. You have the same thought as my dad always used to have with films and shows of “If we don’t see it happen, you’re skeptical.” I have a similar mentality myself, and yeah, when you have a major death regaled primarily via word of mouth, skepticism isn’t the least understandable thing in the world, nor is thinking, “A death has not occurred until I see the body.” Now we only have the two episodes left. Without confirming or denying anything plot-wise, the last two did air back-to-back, thus yes, it is technically a two-part finale, however, you could pretty much watch each of them by themselves. I assume you’ll watch both back-to-back anyway, if you haven’t already done so. Regardless, I look forward to your reactions to those episodes as I know they will be wonderful, just as this reaction was, thank you so much, Jess.
