Been looking forward to this! Though I'm nervous to see where things go with Todd (if he shows up in this episode). That guy is not living his best life.

Doing the recontruction of the crime scenes, I can see various similarities to the braindances in Cyberpunk!

Being an android could be so fun if it weren't for all these pesky humans.

shorter is fine, please keep going, really wanna see you experience the story :)

I can totally see how the sense of FOMO gets amplified having such a big audience and how that can step all over the gaming flow state. I know in my line of work, I'm more stressed out managing the restaurant when it's slow because I have time to second guess hwo to support the team or navigate guest interactions or problem solve because I'm not in that flow state. I'm so distracted analyzing my choices from the perspectives of the people around me instead of relying on my experience and judgement, I heighten the pressure on myself by hyper-fixating on these granular moments instead of the full dynamic experience. I try to remind myself that considering other perspectives is important, but no matter how much I try to put myself in someone else's shoes when making a decision, I can only choose how I act; I can't choose how the other person will react. I hope, given how old this game is, people will give you the grace to play the story how you want. And if the FOMO ever gets crazy, the developers absolutely intended for curious players to go back to previous scenes and explore different paths. I mostly stuck to my instincts on my first playthrough, but I for sure accidentally hit the wrong button when doing a timed choice or felt like the single word the game gave me did not adequately describe the choice the character ended up making, so I felt no shame in replaying that section and choosing again!

Amber you are doing so good, i understand it feels stressful, but you are getting a lot of good results. It really shows that you have a lot of empathy and a deep understanding of how to read emotions in other people.

This game came out about 2 years before Cyberpunk, there is a chance the developers took some inspiration from the reconstruction system :)

Sorry the game is so stressful. The videos are great so far, if it's any consolation, haha. Also, I fully ship the Connor and Hank bromance😆

Figured I'd ask this too because I think you'd enjoy Death Stranding. Playing through DS2 myself

Flukemarm

You've caught a glimpse of the most stressful part of the game: keeping Hank happy.

I’m of the mind that if you’re not enjoying the game, skip it and move on to something else. I played and finished the game myself about four years ago and found it depressing and disquieting. There are still scenes I wish I never saw, and even after this time I can’t forget them, as much as I’d might like to. For your mental health, move on to the next game. After some time has gone by, see if you want to revisit it. I’d prefer to see you playing games you enjoy, not slogging through ones you don’t.

Great job with the interrogation! I am 99.9% sure I caused the deviant to self-destruct, possibly before I'd even got the confession. I hope nobody is judging the way you play, and the videos have been very entertaining. I hope you carry on the playthrough, but I'm sure everyone would understand if it's taking too much of a toll.
