You need to watch this three times to connect the dots Real great request to honor

Rebecca Karsner

Yes!! I've been MIA the last few days and come back to 3 bangers back 2 back!! I love this film! Christopher Nolan finally won an Oscar for Oppenheimer this year! Way over due!! I think this movie is fantastic BUT after rewatching Interstellar with you guys, I realized that may be my favorite Nolan film other than the Dark Knight. Thanks VIP for requesting this!! And as always thank you Asia and BJ for giving me something to watch tonight!! 🙏🙌♥️

Rio Mendoza

Absolutely love this film. I'm going to watch it right away. I'm a huge Christopher Nolan fan so this is going to be lots of fun. I hope everyone enjoys it. Happy Sunday everyone! Oh yeah thank you ultimate VIP you rock.

Rio Mendoza

Interstellar is my favorite Nolan film I can't even imagine how many times I've watched it. It's just one of those films that I have to stop and watch anytime I see it. Then there are days when I just feel like putting it on and enjoying it. So who knows how many times I've seen it lol

Rebecca Karsner

Yes!!! His movies are always so good!! From the production to the scores in his film.. it's just top notch!!! Enjoy the watch!! I gotta few things I have to do but will watch it tonight when I can finally relax!! 😁

Krissy

This movie is too weird for me. But I hope you enjoyed!

Ralordris

One of my favorite movies. I knew you two were going to love it. This is definitely one of those movies you have to watch multiple times to catch everything haha.

Rio Mendoza

I wondered if they were going to get the top spinning at the end? I'm sure there's going to be a ton of people to chime in with their answer to whether it was reality or not doesn't really matter to me because I believe Cobb chose to accept that as reality. Whether it was or it wasn't. He just wanted to be with his children again and he was. What an amazing film! I can watch it over and over again. Christopher Nolan and jonathan Nolan are absolute geniuses. Thanks again to the ultimate VIP!

Derek Jolstead

Fantastic reaction you guys! Asia was right at the end though, the top is supposed to let Cobb know if he’s in a dream or not, and if it topples over that’s supposed to mean he’s in reality. If it keeps spinning though, like it did for Mal, it means where you are is not real, which is what drove her insane because she never stopped believing it even after waking up in the real world. So in the case of the ending, the last shot features the top still spinning. A lot of people think right before the cut to black, the top starts to wobble, meaning it is going to fall, but we never actually see this. It’s up to interpretation what this means, but for the character it probably doesn’t matter as Rio pointed out in a great comment below me.

Karl Kraus

remember he won TWO oscars for Oppenheimer, like how spielberg won two for schindler's list

Rebecca Karsner

Yes! Finally got best director and best picture 🙌 He is definitely top 3 favorite directors for me!!

Darth Brooks

Nolan for the win! Great request VIP this is a fantastic movie (can't go wrong with Christopher Nolan) absolutely cannot wait to dive in and check out the reaction for this mind effer. Y'all should definitely check out Oppenheimer it's worth the almost 4 hour watch. I was hooked from beginning to end✌❤ fam!

Karim

You want a REAL mind freak check out Tenet next!

Patty Estrada

Loved your reaction to this great movie. You can just see the gears spinning in your heads, trying to understand. But BJ is definitely right, this is the type of movie you have to watch more than once because you’ll most likely miss things the first time around. Asia was also right though, about the totem. If it keeps spinning, it means you’re in a dream. If it topples over, you’re in reality. Nolan has said that the ending is up to the interpretation of the viewer. Some choose to believe it never stopped spinning, some choose to believe it starts shaking before the scene ends because it’s about to topple over. Regardless, Cobb got to see his children, that’s what matters. Christopher Nolan definitely fu**s with your mind lol. This is one of my favorite Nolan films (Interstellar is my favorite though). Yall should watch Oppenheimer, which also stars Cillian Murphy (Robert). I think Asia was about to say where she recognized Cillian from. I wonder if she was going to say from The Dark Knight trilogy 🤔. The ensemble cast in this movie is top tier!

Patty Estrada

Asia, one of the members is always left behind and awake in the dream layers to perform the kick (to ensure they wake up). In the real world, the flight attendant puts them all to sleep. In the first dream layer Yusuf stays awake for the kick. in the second dream layer Arthur stays awake for the kick. And in the third is Eames. All these kicks allow them to wake up in the real world, back on the plane.

Darth Brooks

I can't wait until they get to The Equalizer 2!

Dustin

Love this movie! It's such a mindf*ck. 😵‍💫 They are all on an airplane dreaming that they are in a van dreaming that they are in a hotel dreaming that they are in the mountains dreaming that they are in limbo.... 😳 I love it! Can't wait see see what you guys think of it! Diving in now!

Andreas

Please start a new poll with "Southpaw, the Shack, the Hurricane and American history X" I would pay for this movies.

Dan Gershgol

The top keeps spinning in the dreams. When its real life it slows down and falls. The last scene its clearly real life cause the top is slowing down. You should also watch Dreamscape.

Bonnie Smith

Oooh.. can't wait to come back tonight and watch this one!

Bonnie Smith

All these years.. ! and this never even occurred to me LOL Mindblown and happy that my interpretation was reality at the end goes with this!

Dan Gonya

The look of utter confusion on Asia's face for like the first 45 minutes of this movie is so amusing to me, just because I know I was making the exact same face the whole time. I'm still not sure I understand this entire movie. Christopher Nolan make some crazy stuff. I think you guys should also check out The Prestige.

Pink Martini AZ

I just don’t get the hype of these films. Inception, Interstellar, Arrival… etc. etc. they all seem to have one word titles with these long, drawn out, complicated plots. They take forever to make any kind of sense and then have some dumb little simple ending. I always have the same feeling at the end, “All that for that??! I could’ve had a V8.”

Jesse McAdams

Another great movie with DiCaprio and Tom Hardy (the Forger in this movie) is The Revenant.

Clockwork360

Definite Yes on The Prestige especially if they want another Christopher Nolan twist!

asiaandbj

It was so good! Thank you David!!

Nawaf

You need to check out Shutter Island

Joshua Coe

One of my absolute favorite films!
