Highlight-06 Masks of Nyarlathotep Remaster (Patreon)

Hi everyone,Here's the Highlight-06 Pack for Masks of Nyarlathotep Remaster.[Spoiler Alert: From now on, certain passages of my explanations or certain visuals may be spoilers!]Our investigators meet Rebecca Shosenburg, a journalist at the New York Times, and Millie Adams, whose husband is languishing in a cell at Sing Sing prison. The murders committed in Harlem, for which he was wrongfully convicted, resemble those of Jackson Elias...This pack contains the following maps:13-Murray Hill Hotel-Lobby - (3360 × 4200px) - [210x210px]13b-Murray Hill Hotel-Lobby-NIGHT - (3360 × 4200px) - [210x210px]14-Dr Lemming Room - (3360 × 4620px) - [210x210px]14b-Dr Lemming Room-NIGHT - (3360 × 4620px) - [210x210px]15-New York Times - (8400 × 6720px) - [210x210px]15b-New York Times-NIGHT - (8400 × 6720px) - [210x210px]16-Lafayette Theater - (3500 × 6720px) - [140x140px]17-Teddies Saloon-GF - (3780 × 4830px) - [210x210px]17b-Teddies Saloon-GF-NIGHT - (3780 × 4830px) - [210x210px]18-Teddies Saloon-Basement - (4200 × 4200px) - [210x210px]19-NYC-Streets - (8400× 8400px) - [140x140px]19b-NYC-Streets-NIGHT - (8400× 8400px) - [140x140px]20-Sing-Sing Prison - (6860 × 8400px) - [140x140px]----👉 Access to HIGHLIGHTS for Investigators or Cthulhu Subscribershttps://www.patreon.com/posts/52983683(The FoundryVTT Ready version - for cthulhu Subscribers - will be available at the end of the full chapter)----Notes on the contents of this pack:1-Dr. Mordecai Lemming lives in a room at the Murray Hill Hotel. So you have to show your credentials in the lobby to meet him.He seems a little crazy, but he's not really mean. He corroborates the fact that an African cult is surely at work in New York City itself. And also that Hilton Adams was probably wrongly accused of the Harlem murders and imprisoned.2-The New York Times is a slightly more serious newspaper than Pillar Riposte.A journalist, Rebecca Shosenburg, is investigating the Harlem murders. Since Jackson Elias' murder had the same modus operandi, it seems obvious to her that an innocent person was wrongfully imprisoned. She can meet you at her office and also put you in touch with Millie Adams, the wife of Hilton Adams, who is currently in prison. The location is a reworking of the [127-A Newspaper Office] map, adapted to winter in NYC.3-The Lafayette Theater is the place Millie Adams has chosen to meet you. She knows the place well and doesn't want to take any risks. If you hit it off, she'll probably take you to meet Hilton Adams' other friends and supporters at Teddies Saloon. If a cultist attacks you at the Lafayette, you will have plenty of time to chase him to the back of the theater, or even down the street (19-NYC-Streets).

The theater as a whole has been simplified somewhat, but the main hall was created based on the few images I was able to find.4-The Teddies Saloon is a relatively ordinary-looking bar. As alcohol is prohibited, drinks are made with milk, syrups, or alcohols not exceeding 0.5%.It's a relatively common place to meet people, but if you gain the trust of the regulars, you'll likely be invited down to the basement. There, you'll drink real whiskey... and learn more about Hilton Adams, and probably about the bad company he kept in Harlem.5-Use New York Streets day or night to simulate an ambush or a chase.6-Sing Sing Prison is a gloomy place (reminiscent of the immense volumes of certain buildings of cosmic horror...). It is possible to arrange a meeting there to talk to Hilton Adams. Go to the stool in front of the cell. He does not leave his cell, but you can talk to him through the bars of his heavy metal door. The interior of his tiny room is so dark that you won't be able to see his face unless he presses it against the door. A guard will stand next to you, and it's important to note that only one player character can be present for the interview. So he'd better have the right questions in mind!

The map was made based on a photo. In the next Highlight, I will present the arc of villain and the Ju-Ju House.----Also:Read my post explaining the highlights here
