new play-along: "White Sandy Beach" (Patreon)

{Public post}

Aloha, Patrons!

Can I interest you in a quick visit to the islands? ☀️🌴🌊

Join me on a white sandy beach for a sweet and lovely tune - and then join me at our Patreon Live Fingerpicking Bootcamp this weekend to learn this beginner-friendly arrangement!

Fingerpicking Bootcamp is tomorrow!  Sat 1/16 at 2pm Pacific

All Live Lesson Patrons ($5+) are invited to participate in a Live Fingerpicking Bootcamp on Saturday: find all the details in this post.  In our Fingerpicking Bootcamp, I will teach an accelerated review of the key patterns and techniques of fingerpicking, and we will use my most popular fingerpicking arrangements to practice those patterns and techniques (such as "Hallelujah," "Creep," "Landslide" - find a playlist of these Fingerpicking videos here).  We'll also have some social time in between lessons so that Patrons can meet each other - I'm especially excited about creating more community bonds through these live events.

Our monthly Live Lessons are always designed for All Levels.  I will cover the basics of fingerpicking at the start of the session, and share modifications and practice tips for beginners as we move into more challenging material.  I always encourage advanced players to use the review of basics to get more precise in their tone, rhythm, and chord familiarity.

The Bootcamp will be recorded and archived - and the recording will be shared with all Patrons at the beginning of next month.  If you're available to join live and can afford to upgrade to $5 for this month, I think you'll enjoy this special event!   For more info on the different tiers of membership or to update your subscription, visit https://www.patreon.com/join/cynthialin
