When I think back on shows over the years and their mysterious plot lines.. the one that always sticks out first to me is Maryanne. I think that was my first time putting in effort to figure out wtf she was. I'd be googling every little detail in scenes she was in, from the background to specific words used. It was so much fun making up theories surrounding her. Damn I love this show. I also love how every single episode ends on a cliffhanger lmao

This episode was so good and just in time, i got home and grabbed a ghost energy and some spicy chicken tenders from dairy Queen, watching these with you guys makes me feel less alone. Thank you two, all the shows so far has been just amazing. One horror movie to put on your radar, its called the old dark house from 1933 I think you guys would love.

It was just a prank Han. That was a pretty crazy prank to play on Jason. Luke is the worst. Bill was giving disapproving father in this one. Jason pondering if Jesus was a vampire 🤯 Bless his heart. The dialogue they give him & the delivery is fantastic. Glad to see Tara interacting with Lafayette & Sookie again. Aww it’s Tara’s birthday 🎉 Anna Camp’s slow motion BBQ scene was wild 😂 Arlene not wanting Daphne to go to the party was funny. Tara’s mom bringing something for Tara’s birthday was sweet, even though I’m still mad at her. Sookie at the airport 😂 Jessica trying to get out of the coffin was hilarious. I’m loving her character so much. Maryann throwing & moving a massive party for Tara at Sookie’s house is kinda crazy. And throwing out her mother’s gift was petty. Jessica using her glamour on that guy to yell out that phrase had me dying. Eric wanting Lafayette to drink his blood to heal was unexpected. The way he sped up to his window was so funny. Eric in the black tank tho 🥵 The Queen? Excuse me? They’re just gonna drop more lore on us like that? Lafayette dancing so enthusiastically was chef’s kiss 👏🏼 I love how sassy Eric & Bill are to each other. They bicker like an old married couple. Daphne knows what Sam is?! “Not cake on the titties” Sergio please 😂💀 That party was INSANE! Maryann’s claws! Barry reading Sookie’s mind! Interesting seeing another mind reader. What a fantastic episode! So much craziness going on. I’m loving season 2 so far! Such a fun reaction from y’all 🖤

As someone who hasn't watched since this first aired and genuinely can not recall any of this (making me think I missed this season lol) I'd wager the mention of Pan earlier in the season is important. He was a half beast creator often depicted with goat horns, which is rather similar to the monster that keeps showing up. And Maryann specifically talked about him and even had art of the guy by her pool.

I love the Dallas field trip because it really starts to explore the larger vampire world outside of Bon Temps, and it also provides us with an opportunity to learn more about Eric and the things he cares about. I also like that the season has multiple mysteries that it's exploring at the same time (what happened to Godric and what's happening with Maryanne), as it gives all the characters a lot to do. Thanks for the reaction, as always!

I've been reading a lot of Hate about Bill and how he's the worst character of the show. I don't like him either he's controlling and manipulative. BUT I hate Eric and if I need to choose between the 2 I'd choose Bill. Snookie and Jessica officially my favs.
