Suggestion for countering these blocks. I pretty much only watch you and The Charismatic Voice for reaction videos. Her videos seem to have less blocks and I have to wonder if it is because she has more frequent pauses, rewinds, etc. I wonder if it would have an effect.

Pretty amazing song. Not Yes, but they are in their own way on a technical level in my opinion. Not only is the music disconcerting, the lyrics are more so. Haven’t been there, but they may be pretty insightful into the experience probably a lot of dying people go through. Panic and all that stuff we don’t want to go through. But still the truth, sorry. The antidote to this song, I recommend, is Gates of Delirium/ Soon by Yes. They freaked people out with that album too, but it is still very potent and I’m going to listen to more of this band, they seem very deep.

Holy shit. Tremendous musicianship, for sure. The guitar solo was wondrous. Difficult for me to process, too, and I don't begrudge you hiding, Doug. You (and the band) describe this as a punch in the face. I think it was more like a kick in the balls. Yikes!

It's also worth noting that the lyrical content here is hardly new among the death metal stalwarts (30+ years deep). I was into extreme metal back in the 80's, and this is lyrically tame compared to what I used to listen to.
