Probably my favorite Star Wars movie aside from the original trilogy Can’t wait to see your reaction Kate!

Is this like the seven movie in the timeline?

With Rogue One (and Solo) they tried something new with more independent movies and are categorized as "Star Wars stories". No classic Star Wars scroll/opening crawl sadly. The Battle of Scarif is one of my favorite Star Wars moments. Also.. no wonder Vader is pissed at the start of ep 4 with Leia gaslighting :D

In my opinion, the best Star Wars movie that doesn’t revolve around the Skywalker saga. Perfectly directed by Gareth Edwards, visually stunning cinematography, with two very likable protagonists in Jyn and Cassian. The Battle of Scarif is beautifully executed, although it concludes with a very tragic ending to a would be love story that never had a chance to blossom. One of the most badass entrances to a scene by Darth Vader in any movie, with his ability to manipulate The Force on full display. And I love how the ending leads us right to the beginning of the very first Star Wars movie.

If you ever play the game the force unleashed the campaign is awesome and it has a bunch of cool scenes in the death star. At least look up the Force Unleashed live action trailers.

I enjoyed Felicity Jones in this. She played Ruth Bader Ginsberg in "On The Basis of Sex" in 2018. That one is a good watch.

This is probably my favorite Star Wars movie together with Ep III. Free of the Skywalker saga shackles, this one feels more real and grounded than the others. Almost like a war movie but within the Star Wars universe. The sacrifices are real. They do it because they believe in the cause and can only hope others will carry on and hopefully finish the job. It also has the best space/air battle seen to this day. And an epic Darth Vader scene to boot. All that and with the way it ties in with the greater story makes it so great.

I love Donnie Yen. I seem to recall something about him getting his own series for that character. Not sure if it ever happened. The Ip Man series of movies are one of my favorite movies with Donnie Yen. I didn't know who he was when I first saw this film.

Hello, Kate! 😄 I've just joined your Patreon and look forward to enjoying some reactions on here. I watched Rouge One on your YouTube channel and absolutely loved it 🥰 I'm wondering if you have any thoughts about doing the Andor series that is a prequel to this story. It's some of the best TV ever and has won awards 👏 I will be all in if you do and I think many others will be as well 😊 Looking forward to watching more of your content here and thank you 👍💕
