Jeff K.

Are there are any movies/shows that you've discovered through the channel that you've gone back and watched again, maybe even multiple times?

DaniDaniDaniDani

Are you having a nice day today? I am. I have eaten snacks. It’s been great.

dieselbeast

In Five years do you see your selfs still doing this or would it be getting tiresome and have moved on to other endeavors?

probablyKoi

Which movie or show you’ve watched over the course of the channel’s history were you the most surprised with how much you either loved or hated?

Kameron Webb

What movie was hyped up so much that when you all watched it you were left underwhelmed.

Jenny-gave-forrest-aids

Do you guys still keep full time jobs or is the channel your main activity and income source. If not, would that be something you aim at, and if yes, then kudos and what's next?

DemNikoArt

What movie tropes or clichés do you hate?

Boyan Konov

Any Interest in exploring more "foreign" films on the channel and do you find difficulties in doing so based on your mostly English speaking audience. I know George has expressed interest in showing Simone more Asian cinema in the past. "La Haine" - France , "Stalker" - USSR and "Another Round" - Denmark seem to be popular in other reaction channels for example.

Katelyn Johnson

Are there any books you've read because you enjoyed the movie adaptation of them (aside from Lord of the Rings)? Are there any books you haven't read but would be interested in reading because of the movie adaptation?

David Lengyel

What inspires you the most at this stage of your life?

DemNikoArt

What do your parents think about your current job? Also to George: what did your parents think when you worked in the adult industry? 😉

Tim T—

In all these years, why has neither of you upgraded their watching position to a sofa?

Dogman

Would you rather have to fight a chicken to the death every time you get in your car, or fight a chimpanzee once a year but you get a sword?

David Lengyel

What's the most profound action/quote that you have seen/heard in a movie/tv show that stuck with you ever since?

Deepan Nathan

You guys have a great selection of stuff here on the channel and often the first time watching them……so what did you watch during your childhoods? Were you both super busy with MySpace or something? 😂😂 I do really like your reactions. Keep up the good work!

King

What is your least favourite movie you watched on the channel?

John M.

You watched Season 5 of The Wire mostly in a vacuum, which was really cool! Reactors usually get influenced by vibes even when people are good about spoilers. How do you feel about that? Do you think your reactions are better when you’re watching something with no clue what people think about it? Or is the back and forth with the community better?

Andy Goergen

How do you balance watching TV and movies for the channel versus watching TV and movies on your own time for personal enjoyment?

TomGas2025

If I may say mine...the Cube...😁

Aye Ready

For George - if you were 2 inches deep in Todd Alquist and Jack Welker was 2 inches deep in you, in which direction would you move?

Luke Kirkpatrick

In your life, what is the time you think you have laughed the hardest? (Or at least what story comes to mind?)

JakeyShakeyBakeyBoy

G’day guys! Who would win a dance-off contest between the two of you? Also if more Songs of Cinebinge compilations appeared down the line would you be okay with it?… Asking for a “friend” who’s scared of accidentally causing an existential crisis for two lovely people😅 The Music Reactions are also a lot of fun and am just curious if they’re still in the rotation? Thanks legends and I hope you’re having a nice day.

Garrett Jay Christian

Speaking of other endeavors, do you ever see yourselves producing other (non-reaction) kinds of content? Also, did the music/other stuff reaction project not find traction, or...?

DemNikoArt

Why do you think it's appealing for people to watch other people react to something?

ShōNuff3K

Deserted on an uninhabited island for a month, phones destroyed, water supply, empty shack with solar panels, DVD player, turntable with speakers, fridge. You get one of each: movie, album, one abundant item of food, person.

Wrwemi

More and more we can see that you notice a lot of technical things in the movies you watch and seem to have a great appreciation for it. Did you revisit some of the first movies on the channel with that newfound knowledge ?

Itbewhatitbe

lmao did you read the comments in those old videos? ppl on here were definitely trying to influence their views and opinions on characters.

Itbewhatitbe

theyve answered this soooo many times lol. in every AMA and Q&A i think

John M.

Yes, but they watched most of the season all at once.

Senec

That might be the most horrifying question I'll read all week.

Fly Ωhms

Nice! Been looking forward to this! Ok 1. George: I can only hear your accent when I'm really high. But the rest of the time I have a hard time believing English isn't your 1st language. Why is that?? 2. Simone: Seeing as you've done acting, how do you feel about movie studios purchasing actors' likeness in order to use it digitally anyway they want without your consent? Is this just the way of the future and how much would they have to pay you? 3. George: Has Simone ever had any goofy ass significant others that haven't been able to handle how close you two are? 4. Simone: Why don't you open up a PO Box so we could all send you new beanies to wear I'm your videos?

Aye Ready

You have to pick one

Arcade Sufi

This isn't much of a question: George, I saw that you liked Tchaikovsky - children of time. If you really like sci-fi, I'd recommend Stanislaw Lem & Strugatsky brothers. Their books were made into films: Solaris & Stalker, their both Soviet sci-fi classics.

Jethro Divine

How is The War Within? And for Simone: How are the fluffy darlings, Maggie and Luna (hope those are correct)?

Itbewhatitbe

Garret youre replying to someone lol you should prob post that as its own comment so they see it. but also, SImone has a twitch stream and George has a history channel side project called year by year.

Uriah

Do you feel that your tastes or what you enjoy about movies have changed since starting the channel? Love you guys!

Nathan Jasper

Have either of you found yourself hearing a news story or reading about a tragedy and find yourself catastrophizing? If so, how do you calm yourself and bring yourself back from the edge?

Chris

What are your thoughts on occasionally doing Patreon exclusive movies (no YouTube cut) to avoid copyright issues but still be able to consume media you wouldn't otherwise be able to watch on the channel? For instance, A24 or Ghibli movies. Both of which are pretty aggressive copyright wise, but have an enjoyable and expansive catalog. Logistically it is definitely extra work, so maybe it'd be once every so often?

Mastervodo

If, for some reason, either one of you decided to leave the channel, would the other continue? Either alone or with someone new?

Nathan Jasper

Have there been any surprises in your lives lately, good or bad?

Florian

How is the music channel going? Will you start it or will you lay it on ice? Whats your most favourite and least favourite type of alcohol? And what do you like/hate about it? To Simone, whats your favourite MtG card, or combination of cards? How far did you come with the Dune books? Will we do a LotR rewatch every year?, asking for a friend... Have you played what beats rock? Try it on whatbeatsrock.com , you have to play scissors, paper, rock against an "AI" but you can give any answer, the gaol is to play as long as possible. Maybe it could get a bit before a show or something.

Jared Winn

What are your preferred method of feedback? I’ve been subscribed for over a year now, so I don’t watch the YouTube videos that often anymore. Would it be a preference of yours to comment on the video posts, or the YouTube videos themselves? How often do you check old comments. I want to put my thoughts on old reactions but it seems silly if you posted it 2 years ago. Be well!

N.A. Vreugdenhil

I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to ask but saw even sillier questions on here, so... has Simone ever watched any of the films George was involved in creating?

Aye Ready

George's first language is Cantonese. He was born in Hong Kong and then moved to Canada when he was a child (I believe. I might have got some bits wrong.) Cantonese is the language he speaks with his dad in the dad reaction videos. But he can also speak Mandarin because he's translated some Mandarin into English during some reactions

blerbaberpaterb

George when will your dad be back? also, what about your mom? family reactions would be awesome! though i imagine alot to translate.

Arcade Sufi

Simone, from the men in black 3 reaction, you mentioned Dr. Who, do you watch Doctor who? Just curious because you like star trek.

blerbaberpaterb

theyve answered this before. basically came down to YT edits is their advertisement for patreon. i mean thats how all of us ended up here, by finding their YT videos. so without it, no one knows it exists.

Cinebinge

we'll answer this right now because its more to do with functionality of our page and user feedback. we get an email for every comment on patreon. regardless of age of the post the comment is on. and we read all of them. which is also why we dont reply that often because its literally over a thousand per day. but we do read all of it. so yeah, feel free to comment in any post. we will see it.

Itbewhatitbe

but how would ppl know those exclusives exist without a YT edit to advertise it? theyre gonna have to repeat an ever growing list of films as exclusives in every video? who the hell would enjoy that

Skylar Burns

Simone, you frequently mention you live out in the boonies. As someone considering it myself but is currently single, I worry that if I do I'll prob die alone, haha. How do you like living more remotely? Would you recommend it for a young single introvert?

Itbewhatitbe

2 questions; how does the youtube comment auto filter work? i know it doesnt like links but ive definitely written comments that dont include links that automatically disappears, can you tell us more about that? second question is discord, whats up! will that ever happen?

Michael Gregory Cote

During the formation of your channel, how did you both arrive at your choice of who you wanted to do this with? Did you each just ask yourselves which of my friends is a big movie fan? Or was there like a specific memory of a movie you watched together that stuck out for you? And if you already have answered this before on a previous AMA, my baaad

lovemoose

Simone, what is your favorite episode of Supernatural? And are you a Sam girl or a Dean girl?

Itbewhatitbe

what's your daily routine like?

Michael Haug

Why is Simone my biggest crush?

Johnny Liu

Since starting the channel, or in general, do you guys find yourselves caring more and more about the formal aspects of movies (such as lighting, sound, composition, editing etc.) to where you would say it is of equal importance to plot and structure? Or would you consider those literary elements still king?

DemNikoArt

What have you learned over the last years running the channel?

Monica Alarcon

This isn't really a question but I wanted to thank Simone for her constant mentioning of Gilmore Girls. It's not usually the kind of show I watched but now I'm hooked! I love it and I can't wait to watch all seven seasons and the revival. So thank you Simone.

Eddy V Ruiz II

Simone: I know you watched and love the 2 Meg Ryan/ Tom Hanks movies, Sleepless and Mail. Have you seen the third one Joe Vs the Volcano? and If so what do you think?

blerbaberpaterb

what do you dislike the most about being a youtuber? and what do you like the most?

Mikebdrx

I'm interested to know, if you are both aware that a significant portion, specifically sixty percent, of your viewing audience remains unsubscribed? What the FUCK is their problem?

Eddy V Ruiz II

George: I know by the Tats you are fan of QI, have you ever heard of the British Shows - Connections (1978), Connections 2 (1994), and Connections 3 (1997)?

jmundt33a

As an ASP fan, I must ask—has Simone watched The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel or Bunheads? If not, would you consider watching either for the channel?

FWPJR.

Would you two consider maybe doing a patreon exclusive cinecringe movie every month or even every two weeks? I would love to see you two react to really bad or so bad they are good movies

blerbaberpaterb

i would love that but also feel kinda bad lmao. theres literally a new thing every day of the week now. i dont know any other patreon with just 2 people that has this much content. blindwave and normies have teams of people to post as much as they do.

RogueRN

Oh boy…been saving up some questions, so apologize if this is a book… - Have there been any movies where you were pleased with an actor that was going significantly against ‘type’? Any where you thought the actor should stay in their lane? - What did you study in college? I assume George was CS or other IT-related field based on what he’s said before… - What kind of office job did Simone have - just what industry? If that’s not too personal - If you had to work outside of the channel and could do anything (salary irrelevant) what would you do? - Have you ever started a movie - for the channel or otherwise - and you just turned it off b/c it was so bad? (Excluding movies you didn’t do b/c you knew ahead of time it was too disturbing) - What movies do you think have a high level or rewatchability? - What’s George’s favorite or go-to Simpsons quote (without using a character’s catchphrase)? - Any movies (aside from LOTR) that you wish you could watch again ‘for the first time’? - Has Simone STILL not had a Twinkie? - Any movie scenes that choke you up no matter hose many times you see it (thinking of LotR when Aragorn tells the hobbits, “You bow to no one”) - Movies that asked too much when it comes to “suspension of disbelief” (e.g. Armageddon is like that for me) Sorry for the question dump, but have been saving them up :-). And again, just wanted to say how much I appreciate what you guys do. It’s always a highlight when I see you’ve posted something new. Oh - I think a lot of people are still waiting for the foot pics…George… ;-)

Ian Hunt

Has anyone you went to school with but didn’t get along with reached out to you since you started the channel as they saw you on youtube? So you could either be mature and grown up and let bygones be bygones or cathartically tell them to f***k off?

Fly Ωhms

Yeah, I know all that. My question was about only noticing his accent while I'm high.

Brian's Dog

What decade has your favorite movies? I worded that badly, what is the your favorite decade for movies so far by volume of favorites?

Stelio Kontos

Have you guys seen peaky blinders? If not can you add it to the next tv show poll.

FWPJR.

That’s true, they definitely work hard and give us our moneys worth, that’s why I said every month or every two weeks. But I understand if they don’t want to or don’t have the time to do it, it’s just something I’d love to see. They’ve reacted to bad movies before and it was great lol

Random Nevermind

Thank you for your reactions! They’re not just cool—they’re getting better and better. Simone’s intros are great. I have one question: How do you see the future of your channel? I mean do you plan to focus more on rare, old, or lesser-known movies, or will you do more brand-new blockbuster reactions? Will there be more TV shows or movies? And so on. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Hernani

What is the movie that disturbed you the most ?

Fly Ωhms

George, Simone, if you both had to fight off a mob of 10 year Olds together at an elementary school playground how many do you think you could each take out before they overwhelmed you?? Hand to hand combat too. No broom sticks or wiffle bats or anything.

Vince

If animals could talk, which species would be the rudest of them all?

FWPJR.

One more question, this is just for Simone. I’ve seen you wearing a Nirvana shirt multiple times since I’ve been a subscriber on YouTube and since I’ve been a patreon, what is your favorite Nirvana song and album ( please don’t say Smells like teen spirit as your favorite song lol ) well that’s two questions lol oh well

Fly Ωhms

Could we get more videos where you both get progressively more stoned and/or drunk while you watch react to something?

Philipp Roensch

Since game to movie adaptations sometimes get decent nowadays, which game would you think could make a good movie, or do you like to see? To George: since you are clearly loving history, what would be your favorite historic movie and which story would you like to see told?

Mathew Hill

What will you miss most in your day-to-day lives if society collapses due to the climate and ecological crisis causing global famines and resource wars, and would you be willing to get arrested for taking non-violent direct action to campaign for a livable future, and if not, what would you be willing to do e.g. volunteering or donating to a campaign?

Fly Ωhms

George: was there ever a moment when you were working for the adult film industry where you actually stepped back and thought "I can't believe I'm doing this"? Like for example were you laying on your back, holding a camera underneath an actress trying to get a clear close-up shot of some doggy style or something? Lol

XeonAlpha

Do you think there will ever be another movie like the LotR?

sol stapleton

As someone who is currently studying to be a filmmaker, I can't whatch films just as entertainment anymore but more as a critic. As this channel has gone on has the way you've watched films changed?

sol stapleton

Personally I would say 70s horror.

Jeff K.

I'm curious how this part works: say if I respond to a random person, instead of making my own parent comment, do you guys still get notifications for that?

Momme

What are Movies you get recommend very often but have no desire to check out?

Michal Novotny

What are your thoughts on dark tourism (Chernobyl, Auschwitz)? Visiting places with dark history has always been appealing to me, on the other hand it’s strange to say one enjoys such things. And something random - would you rather see Arnie in a rom-com or Michael Cera in a horror movie? Also I just wanna say how much I love your content, recently I had a back problem and was stuck at home for 2 months basically just taking the opportunity to catch up on some movies I’ve never seen and your company made it so much more enjoyable! Thank you for being such genuine people! 🙂🩵

Galactic Cannibl

George - moving halfway across the world as a child must have been terrifying, what are a few reasons you moved from China and why Canada? Both - if you had to choose 1 food to eat the rest of your life what would you choose?

Jp956

Would you guys ever do reactions to movies in other languages like Spanish or French

slowprodigy

If the plural of mouse is mice, then why isn't the plural of house hice?

Cinebinge

yep. every comment even replies. thats how we know when people are fighting and can jump in asap (if we're awake).

Tyler Foster

You obviously use Discord as part of the channel in the recording process. Any reason you don't have a server for Patrons/viewers? I once suggested you do what some other channels do and have a spin wheel where a Patron gets to choose a movie and I think you said you weren't into it. Here's an alternative idea: a spin wheel made up of movies you see suggested all the time, but which have then lost on polls. My main thought is that there are lots of great underrated movies that wouldn't win a poll, but which deserve to be watched, and this would be a way of getting them on the channel once in awhile, like once a month.

HUGO TORRES

Do you guys plan on doing more music reactions? we miss them

Jesse eve

Why does my arm hurt when I move it like this ?

Coleyra

Is there any Black Mirror episode that you thought about during a long time after watching it, event thinking about it recently ? And if so, which one ?

Jeff I.

Do either of you know your Myers Briggs personality type? I recently saw that Mary Cherry said she is an INFJ, and it made me curious about your types.

Ste Rawlings

From comments George has made I'm assuming he is a fan of UK panel shows, would you guys ever consider reacting to some of the best clip compilations from them? It would be great to see you reacting to the genius of Sean Lock on Cats Does Countdown or Bob Mortimer and Greg Davies on Would I Lie to You.

Chris

@miniature That's completely fair, I honestly hadn't thought about that. Thanks for the answer!

Jean-Dominic Lapointe

Is there a quote from a movie that got stuck in your head and you repeated for a while after watching a movie?

Joe

Are you planning on doing another music reaction? If so, I'd highly recommend Diana Ankudinova singing both "Can't Help Falling in Love With You", and "Wicked Game". She has the most unique voice I've ever heard.

Joe

George, have you seen Black Adder, and would you consider watching it? You can skip the first season though.

Joe

Not really a question, but Simone, your cats are adorable, cuddly fluffballs.

Chris

Have you had or would you ever consider having a P.O box where people can send you "crap" ? :)

Chris

@Riverton they could make a YT community post or mention it during the TV show ad break, i.e. that they have exclusives movies on Patreon without adding a graphic and listing everything. And then for searchability, have a dedicated collection/tag for Patreon exclusives.

tom david johansen

If you 1 day wake up in a fused universe of your both favorit movie, how would you react?, im sure you dont share same favorit on movies

Inkpendude

Are we ever gonna see some gameplays for the channel again? Maybe you two could play some Co-op games, or something short like little nightmares.

JFC

I'm loving the Star Trek and Black Mirror reactions. Have either of you ever watched any episodes of Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone (1959-1964)? I'm not suggesting it as a new series to tackle; it's too much, too old, and too hit-or-miss. I just can't help feeling that missing out on that cultural touchstone can really skew how you process both Star Trek and Black Mirror. Black Mirror is the Twilight Zone for the era of social media and the internet: they both examine the dark side of human nature, capturing the zeitgeist of when they were written. They're both informed by and inform on current events of their eras, usually with a twist and a warning. With Star Trek, it's the use of allegories to explore social issues of the time, like The Twilight Zone also did. For example, TZ had an episode where there was a blackout in a neighborhood, except one house still had power and their lights were on. All the neighbors were standing in the street wondering why they still had power, if they were behind the power outage, or part of some conspiracy. Just as the mob is accusing them, lights start flashing on and off in other houses on the street, and the mob begins to accuse each other of being part of the conspiracy. Then the camera pulls back to show two aliens watching this and saying, "You see how easy it is to get them to turn on each other just by flickering a few lights?" The episode wasn't about two aliens and how they did it, it was a comment on the McCarthy-era communist witch hunts of the post WWII age. That's a simplified example, but Star Trek TOS is full of that. TOS is both aspirational for, and critical of the issues of the 1960s. It shows how we can transcend racism (Uhura & Sulu), sexism (Uhuru again), nationality (Chekov later), and economics (TOS is a post-scarcity economy where money has no meaning) to be better than we can be. But, at the same time, it critiques the lack of progress on those issues in our time (in this case the 1960s) by substituting different alien species for races and nations, giving the viewer a social message through allegory. All this is heavily influenced by Rod Serling's writing on The Twilight Zone, and if you aren't aware of it, you're missing a lot of the subtext. But, yeah, I can't explain ending an episode where two crewmen died with awkward laughter by the bridge crew. You got me there. So anyway... Ever seen the Twilight Zone? Love you guys, thanks for all the great reactions.

Jihad Lee

Hey Simone and George, would you guys ever be willing to do a collab with TBR Schmitt or The Perfect Mix? I’m a big fan of all 3 of you guys. Idk if you know about The Perfect Mix but you could hit them up. Have a great day!

DennisW

To both Simone and George, out of all the reactions you've done so far, is there any movie / tv series that you guys were absolutely not interested in? (You don't have to tell us which :P) If yes, what are your approaches to react to them or how do you make it interesting for you? Sometimes my other half or my friends recommend things to me, I want to learn to appreciate them despite feeling kinda "meh".

Kozmo

do you guys plan on streaming video games?

Cartoons ReAct

About editing which software and computer do you recommend?(I'm assuming what you currently use) and were you thrown in the water on your first editing job or learned from someone else?

YukoValis

Do you have a book or movie that changed how you see the world? If so then what was it?

Charlotte Drolet

Will you guys ever sell some big Cinebinge mugs!?! Big like George's mug?

MX_Drippin

What made you guys start reacting? A lot of people have those crazy reactions and it just feels fake. That’s something that I really like about yall and how you guys think about what will happen it’s funny.

Twisty Twitties

Are you gonna continue the streaming for Red Dead Redemption 2 at any point? really enjoyed the episodes we got

Inkpendude

Yeah, I'm not much of a twitch person, which is why I was wondering if they could ever do something for the channel

Steve G

Hey guys! Love your guys channel and reactions . I’m a huge Christopher Nolan fan and wanted to know, what are your top 5 Nolan films?

Scott CineRam

Do either of you have favorite fictional characters with whom you share a first name?

Godrick

Is Simone from an Amish family?

deskmerc

What is your preferred method for cooking bacon perfectly to your personal specifications

Fraser

Is it difficult to film reaction videos when you’re maybe not in the best head space? Mentally or physically, I can imagine that’s a difficult part of this job and one that people don’t really think about. Also my name is pronounced like Razor, not Frasier like the TV show, stop saying it wrong!! 😂

j c

This is a weird question but I have to ask because it's haunting my nightmares. Simone with her cup...is that a tiny tiny human or a gigantic cup? PS: we need a banana for scale.

Spawncalibur

Any plans to do any more classic Simpson episodes!?

DonkyDave

Are you enjoying Star Trek TOS and do you intend to move straight to TNG or another completely different series?

Ginger

What has been your biggest "Wait, THIS is where that's from???" moment in any of the movies or shows you watched?

Jacob Vallier

This might be an unimportant question, I’m not sure if anyone’s asked, but who comes up with the movie title sentence along with movie lineups, you guys post every week? My first thought is Simone since she always comes up with funny intro-liners.

Nathan Jasper

Because it's hard enough to keep the peace here, much less a Discord server. Spartan & Pudgey's Discord gets crazy toxic at times.

cincassette

Why did you guys settle on the "Canadian first time watching" convention for YouTube video titles even though most of the movies/reactions don’t have any specific connection to Canada? Have you guys experimented with any other titling formats? I just noticed this recently since I usually just watch through Patreon :)

Antonio8220

Of all the movies you have watched for the channel, which one stands out as the worst one you have seen?

Ohmss

Do you two plan on doing anything like hosting a Discord or doing Live Reactions to get more interactive with your fans?

Joshua White

Are you guys familiar with The Criterion Collection, the Sight & Sound lists, TSPST Top 1000? Do you think those titles will make it onto your polls, or would that just be an algorithm-killer? Man, would some of us flip to see a Bergman or Fellini poll! :)

ShōNuff3K

Can uz guyz explain Bitcoin to me? I'm an older dude

Poddington

Who is your favourite Elden Ring boss? How are you today? when is your most anticipated nap? Who is your favourite Chaos god and why? Who has the most complicated hair routine? (I assume Simone dips it in the toilet and wraps it under a beanie, whilst George individually coats each in Oat milk before letting it dry under the beating wings of butterflies).

ShōNuff3K

There is a t-shirt I wanna buy Simone.

ShōNuff3K

If reacting was an Olympic sport, which one would you win the gold medal in: laughing, cringing, screaming, or crying?

aronaaax

favourite sequence in the godfather and why is it the baptism of fire

Tyler Foster

I have been running a reactor's Discord and have yet to have a single serious problem! I'm also in three or four others and no problems there either.

Roberto Fabbri

Do you want to do more movies outside of hollywood/english speaking or do you prefer english speaking shows/movies when it comes to reacting?

Hamesque

First question for Simone. Marry, fuck, kill : Faramir, Eomer, Pippen. Same question for George but with Zeus as a swan, Zeus as a bull, and Zeus as a golden shower.

Ochnoe123

Both of you mentioned here and there that you experienced bullying. Would you like to meet/talk to some of them or anything you would like to tell them or are you over it and dont really care anymore?

Arcade Sufi

Of all the superheroes that you know of, who has the coolest power and who has the lamest?

DemNikoArt

What was your favourite cameo? Mine: even Scotty doesn't know 😉

Brendan Rafferty

Make me feel bad about my life by telling me how much you make with Cinebinge.

Jeff K.

Poor Pippin is destined for death. Faramir is clearly the marry and Eomer is clearly the fuck. Sorry Pippin, you're just a fool of a Took.

Jeff K.

You left out the obvious, runaway gold medal competition for them: thumbnail creation.

Jeff K.

Since you guys have been doing this for a while now: how real does the burn out get? I know people look at reactors and are like, "Oh man that's the easiest/best job in the world, you just get to watch movies and TV shows every day!" but when something that's meant to be pleasure/escape gets turned into, essentially, a 9-to-5, I can imagine you guys going into a shoot being like, "Uh, I really don't want to watch this fucking movie right now."

Sniff Glue

have you guys seen its always sunny in Philadelphia ? would you consider reacting to it?

A Möbius strip cannot play the accordion

Between some of the different comedy styles, Mel Brooks, Monty python, Edgar write, shrek, etc, what’s been your favorite so far? Also love your work, hope everything is looking up!

Hamesque

Maybe, but Faramir is a city boy, and Simone seems like she’s more into living like a hobbit.

Jirka Šulc

Hi. We all know that movies from different decades have their own style and feeling. So the question is: what's your favorite decade so far???

Beddoe

Did you know that 'Beddoe' rhymes with 'meadow'? I love your Canadian accents !

BoredLittleLady

I felt kind of guilty when I saw your reaction to Spider Man No Way Home because you missed out on the collective experience and excitement over the cameos and moments in the movie. I feel like some movies, you need the movie theater experience. What are your thoughts on missing out on those type of experiences? Would you still go to the movies if there is a movie you really want to see?

Beddoe

Expanding on Jared's question from above... (if you already haven't) I know that you'll see any post I make but is there a 'best' place to post ? Patreon full version, Patreon YT edit, You-Tube full version, You-Tube YT edit ? Where should I post to best feed 'The Almighty Algorhythm' ?

Karen A

I LOVE watching you guys. I also like Simone's cat, when he's in videos. 🐈‍⬛️

Sean Hennessy

Just a couple random questions. Have either of you ever been recognized out in the wild by a viewer? If a movie was made about you two, who would you want to play yourself, and who would you think should play the other? Have their been other reactors who have reached out to collab with that you have said NO to (knowing you have said yes to some)?

Ea-nāṣir, the worst copper merchant in history!

How is it that there are SO MANY movies with strong cultural impact you haven't watched before this channel? Did you actively avoid movies or something? I can understand George though, coming from a different culture with different movies.

Michael Kea

Hey guys, I love your reactions, resonating a lot with both of you. Did you ever think about doing a meet up with fans? Like going into a bar or any public place for a meet up?

HeyHeyJK

Yeah, this is a great question. I actually feel sad for almost all reacters who watch movies on a computer (sometimes I actually get a little mad about it, too) because I don't think you really "see" a lot of films unless you do it in a dark theater with an audience. But, that obviously doesn't work for reaction videos.

iamjustin

Do you have to fight two chickens to the death if you realize you forgot something in the house before you drive away, so you have to get out and go back inside? Cuz that would really suck.

iamjustin

Should the opportunity ever arise, would yall ever be interested in doing actor/director/writer interviews as part of the channel? I know it’s tougher on the movie/TV side (Reel Rejects is the only one that comes to mind), but booktubers seem to get author interviews somewhat regularly. Just curious if that sort of interaction with the industry is an aspiration.

Habman

I've asked this before but I didn't agree with your response. When are you going to finish the Equalizer trilogy. You wouldn't watch LOTR first movie and not watch the other two. You wouldn't watch the first Harry Potter and not watch the others.

nigel Macbug

daft question The Green Mile, Forrest Gump, The Shawshank Redemption. one film has to be erased from existence for reasons, which would you choose?

Ken Veader

Are you guys open to exploring more of the films usually considered to be part of the genre of ”disturbing" films? Hereditary is usually considered an entry level to more extreme horror. Some examples being “Salo or 120 Days of Sodom" by Pasolini, "Martyrs"(2008) excellent French horror, "A Serbian Film", ”The Skin I Live In", etc..

Beddoe

What's the most amount of reactions you've made in a day? What's your longest day of making reactions? Are they the same day?

TokyoLopez

who’d be easier to sleep with, a great white shark or captain america?

Tipist

I have a question for each of you based around things I've spotted in your actual recording spaces. George - Of all of your Simpsons shirts, which one is your favorite? (Please feel free to use this question as an excuse to show off any fun Simpsons memorabilia you may want to share if you happen to have any!) Simone - Of all the books that have been visible on bookshelves in your various reactions, which book is your favorite? (Keep in mind, this question is NOT "what is your favorite book" but rather "what is your favorite book that is visible on a bookshelf while you are recording" [I am aware it's possible they may still be the same answer])

zak

You guys have been experimenting a little with videos like ranking character arcs, the music videos, and these AMAs, have you considered doing live watchalongs? Could be especially fun for so bad they're good movies. Also Simone are you going to be picking up the new D&D PHB, or are you sticking with 5e? (Ps would happily listen to you talk about your characters/campaigns any time)

Martin

If the moon was made out of spare ribs, would you eat it?

Tipist

Hey!

Cubonemaker

One could argue that due to the power of the ring, most if not all of the members of the fellowship would have followed Boromir’s fate and fallen to it. In what order do you think the fellowship would have fallen to the ring? I think Aragorn would have been next due to being the other man in the party (even though he’s the greatest).

Tobi-Wan-Kenobi

Imagine an alternate universe where everything is made of pasta. If you were a type of pasta, what kind would you be, and why?

Logan Kerlee

Oooh, great question!! I'm curious about that as well. :)

Logan Kerlee

While I'd be 100% down to watch that content, I really doubt that they'd shift that much. Maybe as a once a year sort of thing - for Halloween or whatever.

Logan Kerlee

This is tough! For me, I'd probably say The Green Mile. It's the one that I enjoyed the least among those three and I didn't connect with the characters as much as I did with the others.

Logan Kerlee

They made 3 Equalizer movies? Huh, okay.. I only remember the first two. I'll have to look up the third and see if I remember it then.

Philipp Noller

I am torn between asking a serious question and just some silly ass stuff. Let's do something in between. What is your all-time favourite smell and why?

Arcade Sufi

Not trying to get too political, but which one would you choose between: Potatoe or Ginger?

Logan Kerlee

Ooh, fun question! I like it. :)

blerbaberpaterb

theres so many ways you could've say that politely and not sound like a twat

Logan Kerlee

This is something that I'd love to know as well. I've been watching some foreign films lately that I've really enjoyed. :)

Beddoe

Which one of you wins in a burping contest?

Logan Kerlee

Would you mind posting a link to this? I'm having trouble finding it.

Ariel Sims

If you could rewatch anything that you've reacted to as if it were the first time...what would you choose and why?

PeppermintWizardOfAus

How long do you guys foresee doing this for? I always look forward to your uploads and would love to spend a long long time watching movies with you guys

Logan Kerlee

Ooh, count me in on that if/when this becomes a thing! :D

Timothy Sugiura

Something that I've been actively thinking about is that I watch your videos for the feeling of watching TV and film with others. It would be very difficult for me to be in a relationship with someone that watches all this stuff without me. Have you had to hold off from watching anything for the sake of friends or partners?

RedCrusade

I loved your collaborations with PiB and Mary Cherry. Any more of that planned for the future?

RedCrusade

You two have such great banter and what seems, from the outside, like a wonderful friendship. You mention frequently you play a good amount of video games, have you ever considered putting out some Let's Play together of your favorite games?

Pat. N

How old are either of you? And, have either of you done postsecondary? If so, where did you go, and what did you study?

Fly Ωhms

Either of you listen to Deftones? If so of course you do, they're awesome.

Andrew Helmer

I want to hear about Simone’s D&D background. when she started , her current or latest character and campaign . Has George ever played ?

TwoBitWriter

Have you considered creating an official discord server for your patrons? It would be nice to hang out and get to know other fans of your content.

Shibby

Who would win out of Saruman vs Durin's Bane?

BoredLittleLady

I’m curious about the movies you’ve seen for the channel but have had to delete. Do you remember any of these movies? I was informed that you once reacted to Train to Busan but the video was taken down due to copyright, would you ever attempt to re-edit and upload an old video?

Thoko

It takes forever just to load many posts and/or comments on Patreon so there's no way I could bear to spend hours of my time going through all the 1000+ AMA comments to see if my question is unique. So I'll sit this one out

Logan Kerlee

Appreciate that you found the redband trailer for me! :)

Habman

No they only did the first one. and that was 2023

JC

What two movie series would you choose to crossover with one another? (eg. Alien vs. Predator)

Travis H

I know Simone has mentioned she is a Buffy fan, so I have to ask favorite character, favorite big bad, and favorite season? And George have you seen the entire Before trilogy (Sunrise, Sunset, Midnight) or just the first? That series screams Simone and was surprised when Sunrise showed up on a poll with it saying George has seen it.

Erdem

Did you ever have a biased opinion about an actor or director that you avoided their work and if you did which ones proved you right or wrong after watching?

Robbie Corrie

Not sure if you guys have ever seen Be Kind Rewind, however if all existing movies were erased but the scripts remain and you and your friends by law had to recreate one movie on a shoestring budget using handmade props, store bought/handmade costumes, friends as actors and crew and whatever you have access to right now, what film would you choose to remake?

Tobi-Wan-Kenobi

More like spaghetti, penne, or macaroni. What sauce would you come with?

Korpse

Have either of you grown fond of a particular director as a personal favorite? I used to be on the John McTiernan train but ever since i watched desperado and from dusk till dawn, I've been a devoted fan of any Robert Rodriguez film. Aside from the spy kids series and im honestly proud that I can say I've never seen any of those but its to preserve the action movie fandom I have for Robert Rodriguez 😆

No0neAtAll

What are some of your guilty pleasure watches on Youtube, like is George a secret History Buff or is Simone a secret MMA fan. What is 1 genre of Video you watch on the regular on Youtube that would surprise us.

Neckboyz281

Have you ever had to stop filming due to one or both of you laughing so hard or for such a long time?

N.A. Vreugdenhil

They answered your first question in their "drunk Q & A" video btw - Simone said she'd been recognized on a dating profile and George said he'd been recognized on Reddit, but neither of them had been recognized out in person. Of course, that was a year ago, maybe it's changed?

Jeff K.

George, is this a pimple or a boil?

MasterElodin

Do you think it's possible you'll ever do reactions to more controversial or dark movies like Human Centipede or the Depression Trilogy? I assume it would be hard because of the YouTube cut being almost impossible probably?

Adolph Longoria

Since Halloween is approaching, and you're into Stephen King, do Creepshow (1982)

Arcade Sufi

Do you guys actually know people who are Doukhobors or are you just friends with the film makers? Or are they from that community?

Paul Davey

George: On the Itchy and Scratchy CD-ROM, is there a way to get out of the dungeon without using the wizard key? Simone: You once said that you rejected an acting gig in a movie after you discovered the part was for Nude Woman #8, which is understandable. Would you have taken part in the movie if they'd offered you a better role like Nude Woman #3?

Arcade Sufi

If you had to pick one annoying video game feature and apply to your life what would it be? 1. Arbitrary invisible walls 2. Unsaved progress (you lose memories of recent things) 3. Long loading screens (everytime you walk through a door)

Neckboyz281

Also yes bingo can be lucrative so 3200 is realistic.

Stewart Denew

Any thoughts on Dungeon Crawler Carl & the potential TV adaptation?

Beddoe

What were some of the first reactions on your channel? What did us latecomers miss out on? How do you think you did on them? Is there any part of you that is relieved that they've been wiped from existence? Is there any interest on your side of doing some rewatches for some of the wiped content?

Shibby

Oh oh oh what is your favourite moment from each other while doing reactions? :D

Jon

May there be a Simon and George build Lego Baradur and Rivendell please?

Beddoe

So...... What part did Simone play in 'Grease'? And is there a picture of it in the yearbook?

Beddoe

Will you be watching Star Trek: The Animated Series? It comes between TOS and the TOS movies. I've never seen it but i've heard the stories are good and the animation is...... less good. Most of the original cast is in it.

Skyruff Creative

Would it be possible to post a list ([edit] based on what has been requested) of TV & Movies you have both already seen and will not get a reaction on your channel(s)? Just asking to focus suggestions and where to put my hopes for future shows.

Stephen

What is one of the weirdest dreams each of you have had? I had a dream I was hanging out with you guys reacting to videos on small flip phones lol

Skyruff Creative

Ok, this one I don’t get. Just the living away from others bit?

Green Nolan

Where did George get that GIANT mug?

blerbaberpaterb

that already exists on here. at the click the Collection tab at the top of the page and scroll all the way down to see a list of all the tags. thats everything theyve done for the channel. unless youre asking for a list of everything theyve ever seen in their life, then i dont think thats possible. try listing everything youve ever watched.

Brendan Rafferty

How often do you find that your commentary discussions while watching a film inadvertently caused you to miss an important piece of information in the story?

Dazzler & Em

After you have just watched Game night, excluding D&D which board game would you both pick to play with a group of friends? As you like to travel George, if money was no problem where would you go? Simone, with no spoilers what is your favourite TNG episode?

Beddoe

For both of you... Most everything I know about Canada I learned from your cultural ambassadors Robert & Douglas McKenzie. So with that in mind... - When was the last time you called someone a hoser? - How many pounds of Back Bacon do you eat per meal (on average)? - When will Geddy Lee be guesting on your channel? Have you written a song for him to sing with you?

Stephen Woods

Hey George (and Simone), When you visited Greece, did you go to ancient Mycenae ( the city founded by Perseus and home to Agamemnon). It's my favorite ancient Greek site, wondering what you thought of it.

Happy Hanukkah

"try listing everything youve ever watched." Doesn't have to be exhaustive from the start. Add movies to the list as they get requested and remembered.

Happy Hanukkah

Hey! His head isn't *that* bi... Oh. Never mind.

Happy Hanukkah

And was there a single time you realized this yourself instead of getting numerous abusive comments berating you for it? :-) :-/

gfixler

How much of your lives is just reading thousands of comments now? 😆

gfixler

Also, when I edit a comment, do you get the whole thing sent to you again? Sometimes I keep finding typos I missed, and worry I'm spamming you with 7 slightly different versions of the same comment.

Anthony Villena

George I think I've heard you say that you have project management experience. Do you have any favorite books on or adjacent to the subject? Mine is The Checklist Manifesto by Atul Gawande.

Aaron Stinson

Simone, you’ve mentioned a few times that you’ve watched Batman the animated series. Kevin Conroy (RIP) and Mark Hamill as Batman and the Joker made quite an impression on me when I was 4 years old and will always be the definitive versions of those characters for me. Naturally, I’m interested to know what you thought of the series.

Skyruff Creative

I see how my question was taken. I will edit to clarify.

Glenner7

When will you be releasing your music reactions? Hell, what I really mean to ask is when will you be releasing your Band-Maid reaction??!?

Alexander Kirichenko

Hello guys! I always wanted to know more about George's tattoos and the cat family of Simone.. Who is purring into the mic in the full length, and what besides the witcher tattoos is the story behind those forever stamps?😁

Skyruff Creative

What happened to some of your older shows like "Raiders of the Lost Arc" as they appear to have been removed?

Neckboyz281

Is Simone a fan of whose line is it anyway? The reason I ask because her one liners remind me of Colin Mochrie during the weird newscaster game.

Trevor S Bright

Hey Simone and George! I love your stuff, never fails to put a smile on my face. I've actually made various catalogues of the stuff you've reacted to. For example, how many films from a particular director, your record being Spielberg at 13; how many Oscar winners for Best Picture have you done (18); which actors have you seen the most (current winner is Tom Cruise at 19 followed closely by both Matt Damon & Sam L Jackson at 17); how many movies from a certain year (big winner is 2004 with 23 movies!).....my question is which specific movies or shows or games did you guys react to at the start of the channel that just got lost?? Like I know the Star Wars prequels & Raiders of the Lost Ark & Saving Private Ryan. It'd be nice to know to fill in the blanks (and satisfy my slight OCD lol).

Nathan Jasper

In the state the world's in currently, what do you think is realistically more likely to come to fruition one day - The Hunger Games or The Purge?

Nathan Jasper

I'm not sure... I want to say they did but I might be misremembering and confusing it with another reactor. But that is a good question!

Twiska Brand

Why did you remove the Android Night Punch reaction? Did someone ask you to take it down? If so, you don't have to say their name but could you explain their reason?

Brendan Rafferty

I wasn’t aware anyone was berating them for missing something

Sam

Its not removed mate. :D

Beddoe

Now that your planning the first 'Cinebinge Head-to-Head Burping Contest' I have questions. - What would be your beverage of choice? - Does the temperature of the beverage matter? - Would a certain level of intoxication help to reduce inhibitions?

Mr. Treat

Have you considered/do you plan on doing polls for episodes of tv shows that are too long to do full seasons (south park, family guy, simpsons, ect) I did not read through past AMA's for this question because as steve stiffler would say "i dont know man that sounds like a lot of work" 🤣 love the channel, keep up the great work ❤

gfixler

My friend and I tried to compile personal lists of all the movies we had ever seen, and it was a monumental task. We were at it off and on for months, sending each other all the new ones we'd thought of for them to check and add to their list. We'd comb through lists of films, wherever we found them. We were always thinking of whole sets of films we'd forgotten, and could tell we still had a ton we couldn't remember. That was more than 20 years ago. I've seen so many more since. It would be impossible to list everything, especially now that I just pic some random thing from Netflix, et al., and don't bother remembering the name.

Brian Wolf

You've both been fortunate ti watch things that are mostly good. But would you be willing to watch something objectively bad. Bland, boring, with no redeeming value?

Happy Hanukkah

More of a YouTube occupational hazard.

gfixler

Tack-on question... Have they ever played the board game Santorini? It looks like fun.

Maarten Martens

Do you have a song that really calms you down, e.g. after a stressful day? My chill-out song is All I Need by Air.

Daniel Smith

Have you thought about an end of year round up episode to review what have been the highlights e.g. top 5 films, best premise, best stunt, best character etc. You could create special one category’s e.g. best use of sausage fingers in a film award goes to Everything, everywhere all at once.

Green Nolan

"breaking bad", "the wire" and "the sopranos" are consistently on top of the lists of best TV shows of all time. Between "breaking bad" and "the wire" which did you like better?

Patrick Brownfield

I had to put my beloved Boston Terrier Sophie down last month, really tough. As usual, your videos helped take my mind of things and made me laugh. Thank you for that. ❤️ Does Simone plan on another stay-cation? I’m a Stay-cation extraordinaire now, learning from the best.

Gootz

When you make the thumbnails for the videos, do you guys each pose for them? Do you make the faces needed for the thumbnail, and why is video of that not included because I think it would be hilarious.

Delta

Have either of you heard of or seen “Batmetal”? Ie Batmetal, Batmetal Returns and Batmetal Forever? If you haven’t heard of them, they are animated shorts on YouTube. I think they have the potential for some interesting reactions

Ari Ramirez

Favourite type of cookie?

PeppermintWizardOfAus

Would you consider giving a list of MCU projects you have or haven’t watched?

Orphan Crippler

Why do you think people compare Canadians to Australians?

HeyHeyJK

Did I miss the deadline?? I guess that's my question.

Zach D

What does it take to get into recording reactions? I assume an editor (i think george edits for you two?) lighting? mics? do you need to react to it on a computer or can you use a tv? good camera or do you just use a phone or something? sorry for the late submission and thanks if you get to it!

AC10

I wish I had something original to ask... I'm just sharing my excitement to watch your video about this.

AVATAR-X

Have they ever answered why the Cinebinge logo has George on the left, but in videos he's generally to the right of frame?

Steve kephart

If wood could chuck woodchucks, how many woodchucks could wood chuck?

Cinebinge

the question asking portion is now concluded. we'll be recording our answers in the next few days and the video will be uploaded sometime later this week. please save any further questions for next time, cheers!

Hamesque

I question this choice.

Hamesque

Ignorance. Smart, handsome people, with desirable genitalia compare Canadians to Kiwis, because of our shared proximity to a larger, well known country.

Hamesque

Just send them your sex tape and see what happens.

Hamesque

In a previous AMA I believe one of the people involved in making it asked them to.

Hamesque

Have you coinsidered tiping pofrectly every tyme liek me>

Hamesque

OMG, I can't believe you didn't see the time someone berated them for that thing that other guy said, idiot.

Fly Ωhms

I second this idea.

AC10

I'm anxiously excited to see it!!!

AC10

Proximity? I thought Canada and Australia was about as opposite ends of the planet as possible. 🤔

AC10

Oooo I have no idea if they do this... I think it's at least possible the pic can be grabbed from some screenshot during the react but OMG if they do pose WE GOTTA SEE THIS!!!

AC10

Aww. I'm sorry to hear this. I hope you find another life partner.

AC10

"reaction"??? What am I missing??? PLEASE TELL ME!!!

AC10

Damn Nathan... Never heard this question here before but omg do I wanna know the answer. My instincts tell me neither stand a chance... But... I mean... I would not bet 100% against either of them.

AC10

I just read a comment saying they still get emails for EVERY comment... INSANE!!!! 😜

AC10

Ren Faire!!! (I'm only assuming)

Twiska Brand

For a short time, they had a reaction to the short film Simone started in on YouTube till it was taken down. Apparently, one of the people involved asked them to do it. What I want to know is the reason, as the actual movie is still up on YouTube, and Simone is the star, too. I don't see the point in someone who made it asking them to take it down but not the original upload. Edit: Apparently it is now a patron-exclusive. But I swear it was completely taken down shortly after it was first uploaded, as I could only watch it once when it first came out.

Twiska Brand

I swear it was the last time I checked. It is definitely delisted on YouTube now, though.

Inkpendude

I'm watching the Q&A video, and had to come here to look for this question lmao. great job

Aye Ready

I'm no longer on a tier where I watch it so thanks for letting me know. I'm eternally grateful it was answered as the people were dying to know!

Sergio Meira

The answer is 43. Of course.

Legal Streams

I'm from Argentina. I'm courious, do you guys know anything (apart from the myth that there are lots of nazis (actually Adlof Eichmann lived here under a false name and was captured close to where I live in the 60s), and Magneto came to kill them (btw, the movie has the place wrong in that scene)) about Argentina? Hope somthing nice... PS: There is a show in the making by Netflix, called "El Eternauta" ("The Eternaut"), based on a local comic/graphic novel with the same name. Would you guys consider reacting to it when it releases?
