Not a gamer and I still can’t wait to see yall see it

Alan Walker

Simone, I think you should use "Catchphrase!" as one of your intros in 2025.

Jean-Dominic Lapointe

45:22 The 80s are not 4 decades ago!!! 1980 was 20 years ago, and 2000 was 10 years ago! I didn’t come here to get called old!! 😉

A Red Mage Named Blue

I used to go by the Username 'Blueshirt', which became really, really awkward after this movie came out

Alan Walker

I'm really hoping this was sarcasm lol.

The "black list" -- in modern terms -- is a list of Hollywood executives' favorite unproduced screenplays.

Jeff K.

Every time I think about the black list, I get a little sad that Green Arrow: Escape From Super Max (which was on the black list) never got made because it sounded like the coolest spin on a superhero movie I'd heard in a long time (for those unfamiliar, it was going to be about Oliver Queen getting framed for murder and sent to a Super Max prison for supervillains, and he has to team up with some of them and fight his way through the others to escape and clear his name).

Jeff K.

It's all that shoveling she's gotta do in those Canadian winters, which I understand last 13 months out of the year.

David Gallagher

The blacklist is a yearly list of most liked scripts that are not yet made. Made for and by industry professionals

Jean-Dominic Lapointe

I had hoped the winky emoji would have communicated the tone, but that’s always an issue with written comments

m0lika1 .

you should watch The Hitman's Bodyguard

REDR58

Yes I graduated high school in the 1990….THIRTY YEARS AGO! What????

Stugotz

I recently watched the move "Blackberry" and I think you guys might enjoy it, especially being Canadians. You could add it to a "Based on true events" poll if you ever have one of those.

Jeb Manning

I've got to recommend Transformers One from this year. It's an origin story for the Optimus Prime and Megatron while also being a great intro to many of the Transformers characters. It's a beautifully animated movie by ILM. In particular, they visualize the planet of Cybertron before the war between Autobots and Decepticons, and the planet looks spectacular. The action and comedy are also absolutely on point. It's just so much fun, and it'd make for a great reaction.

Jenny-gave-forrest-aids

Ok George & Simone, now that you made it this far in the Reynolds Rabbit hole, you HAVE to watch The Adam Project. Its almost as funny as a Deadpool and has just the same amount of heart in it. Deeply underrated movie.

Rob Church

OK no more Ryan Reynolds for awhile please. I can only take him in small doses.

Saifu

Please react to Ryan Reynold's Buried (2010).

G G

You don’t have to watch these reactions as they’re posted. You could space them out yourself if it’s that important to you

Rob Church

Nah, I'm good. It's just feedback, don't take it personally.

Danny Bryant

The Black List could either be referring to an annual survey of screenplays that as of survey time have not been produced or the site "blacklist.com" where film makers and writers share their work and filmmaker to share thoughts on an potentially make the movies.

AJ Lynch

I never noticed it before, but I almost want to say Barbie took some things from this movie as the message being you have a choice to be different and evolve and don't have to live stuck in the same routine. With the creator also having a major impact on the "coming to life" part of the created.

Ari Ramirez

I think "Free Guy" refers to how people used to refer to lives in videogames as "guys"

Data Cable

Appropriate that they watch this so soon after Tron, as my synopsis of it is basically Tron meets The Truman Show meets They Live

Tommy Wood

The guy who played Dude played Juggarnaut in Deadpool & Wolverine

Jeff K.

And hey, the guy who VOICED Dude also voiced Juggernaut in Deadpool 2. So this is what happens when you cross the Juggernauts...

Jason Dreibeblis

I actually think it’s less like ready player one and more like the Truman show. And thank you for that George, when you made the joke about something there after the wipe, I had a much needed laugh.

cinna_

13:48 Since when does George have a cat?

Kevin Bartelen

I get the impression that Ryan has a lot of range, but sadly the only thing we ever see from him is variants on his role as Deadpool. I would love to see just one role that proves that he can be more.

Jeb Manning

I've also got to recommend the 2019 Pokemon movie Detective Pikachu, starring Justice Smith, Kathryn Newton, Ken Watanabe, Bill Nighy, and Ryan Reynolds as Pikachu. it's a pretty great into to Pokemon and it's just a pretty great comedy.

Ian A

Man, thank you guys for keeping me entertained. The amount of content you guys put out is crazy. Do not think your work goes unappreciated. Thanks!
