Been a while since checking out Law Abiding Citizen but keen for a rewatch. Sausage Party is a crazy time and Brendan Fraser’s acting in The Whale is fabulous. Good times ahead dudes 😎👊

TheLeftPecOfTheLord

Oh boy Sausage party will be an experience and a half for G/S. Brendan Fraser is on a whole different level in The Whale, a fully deserved best actor win. Great week ahead!

Nathan Jasper

Fuck yes this is going to be a great week!

Cc Decc

Oh...oh wow. Ok...well, see you all next week.

OfficiallyGames

Sweet JJK0 movie should be the week after, can't wait (unless ya'll taking a break from JJK, hopefully not)

TomGas2025

Oh no....sausage party 🤣🤣🤣🤣

theycallmekev

Fantastic week!! A knight of the seven kingdoms, followed by the bonkers adventure that is Sausage Party, next to the Philadelphia based revenger thriller Law Abiding Citizen, ending with the depressing yet phenomenal The Whale that gave Brendan Fraser his Oscar! Love this week!

unfuer is hard to read

I’ll buy top tier subscription to watch sausage party back to back

Poineapples

Hell yeah JJK passed by so quick, excited for the movie and season 2 (hoping you don't take a break)

Elvenwitch

Some movies you watch a reaction because you want to see the reaction to your favorite movies. Some reactions you watch to see real time trauma creation. Sausage Party is the latter. I cannot wait.

Phil Jacke

Rough week for me but thank the gods for a knight of the seven kingdoms

probablyKoi

Simone might genuinely get up and leave watching sausage party 😂

Alexrandom

3 days for me and then not 😂 I'll rewatch law abiding citizen but not the other two. Hope you guys enjoy it !

this is hideko

I need a behind the scene video of george going insane trying to edit and censor sausage party

jmundt33a

I still have to wonder what Law Abiding Citizen would have looked like if they’d finished it. But the first two thirds are memorable.

Scott CineRam

I hope you guys check out one of Brendan Fraser's earliest films, "School Ties". There are a few other fellas in the cast whom you might recognize. Oh, and more Darren Aronofsky-directed films, please!

mattosh79

Everyone does Law Abiding Citizen. Never seen anyone do Machine Gun Preacher.

Simon

AKotSK, Sausage Party & The Whale…nightmare blunt rotation, but in the best way possible.

Simon Clifton

Finally, getting to THAT moral episode of TNG - been looking forward to that one

Max Carter

As if Sausage Party won the poll man...I generally can get around crude humour (South Park one of my favourite tv shows ever) and love a lot of Seth Rogan and that crew's work but Sausage Party is hot garbage. Barely cracked a smile. Anyway I'm keen to watch Law Abiding Citizen again. Surprisingly fun movie even if the ending is a little weal and The Whale has a great performance from Brendan Fraser

John

School ties is great and has several popular actors at the beginning of their careers

Mike W

Not a good week for me. But at least it's a good TNG episode. Yay for Star Trek day.

John

Two Star Trek episodes I enjoy this week

Jasbro

We need more Gerad Butler movies, i think 300 is the only one they've seen right?, i would like to recommend Olympus Has Fallen and Gamer.

Christian Da Silva

Great week! Just one question: you gave The Whale two chances in two different poles in less than a month and a week after it didn’t win the second time we are having it. Is there a specific order in which you watch movies that didn’t win? For example, The Cable Guy was third on a pole 3 months ago with over 700 votes and you’ve already seen the winning option and the runner up. I’m wondering if there’s a timeframe that is already set for all movies added on a pole or if you’ll just be watching them randomly when the schedule allows?

AnthemUnknown

Oh yay! I can't wait for all the Jamie Foxx ruined the end comments...

Chris

Get some tissues ready for the whale

BellaBlue

Looking forward to SP and TW and I love the diversity in that...ha

Jose Robles

Sausage Party… I hate that movie, but the other two are great options

Victor Fiegel

3 pretty flawed movies(mainly Thursday's and Saturday's). I wanted to love "Sausage Party," but that's a less is more situation for me. Should be a good reaction, though. Looking forward to "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms."

Mastervodo

Sausage party is going to be a hoot!

Mastervodo

Simone will be laughing her ass off through the whole thing!

TurnerK

Banger week! Wow

Omar Bautista

Crossing fingers for food wars after jjk

Vellu

Recommendations: Ed Wood (1994, Tim Burton and Johnny Depp, Plan 9 origin story) Best in Show (2000, Christopher Guest and Eugene Levy, Spinal Tap style mockumentary) One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975, Miloš Forman and Jack Nicholson, required watching) Loaded Weapon 1 (1993, Emilio Estevez and Samuel L. Jackson, Lethal Weapon spoof)

s0rd3z

Great week, a lot to look forward too.

Ian Hunter (NewbieInOttawa)

Man, School Ties. I went to see that in the theatre back in 5th grade with my buddies Mike and Jesse - 30+ years ago lol. Feels like forever ago. A lot of then-unknown actors in that one for sure.

OddThomas

Sinister. Simone will LOVE it.

Saifu

Speaking of Brendan Fraser, please add Rental Family to the list.

PidMudda

Sausage Party is a wild ride. Good luck.

Em Connor

Law Abiding Citizen!!!! A longtime fav of mine. I think you’ll both really love this and Sausage Party - but for very different reasons! Can’t wait :)

Kevin

Sausage Party and LAC in one week! Hell yeah!

Mike FromOz

Same. Only AKoSK and Star Trek redeem it for me. Sausage Party is lowest denominator humour, LAC is terrible, and The Whale is possibly some of the worst disability representation I've ever seen in a movie. It is top tier dreck masquerading as a tear-jerker with heart. I guess I'm out of movies to watch this week.

Raven Blackrose

Jesus, rough week. Well, you can't win em all. More Ser Dunk though, delightful.

Raven Blackrose

SP is just edgy stoner slop (I like stoner comedies usually), and The Whale is...in MY SUBJECTIVE OPINION a complete dogshit hackjob

Frank

I can't wait to see Sausage Party. I've never seen it, but the comments from last week's poll and here, makes me so curious. Idk if I've seen a reaction that G and S hated yet, so I kinda want it to be as bad as some say just to see their reaction to a terrible movie.

faultylogic

I think they would dig the movie Dave (1993)

Jay S

Why Sausage Party? It didn't win the poll

Angela D. Mitchell

Agreed on The Whale. As a disabled person, it actually enraged me (almost as much as "Me Before You"). It's a shame because the actors were great.

Ian West

Some recommendations for comedies that are actually good films: The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999) Mystery Men (1999) Best In Show (2000) Death at a Funeral (2007) Bridesmaids (2011) Crazy Stupid Love (2011) Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020)

Pirwzy

Oof, Sausage Party and Whale in the same week, that's some whiplash!

Ryan

quit complaining they cant please everyone

Leon Hickson

So here for sausage patty 😄

Blqbrd

how in the good god fuck did Sausage Party win a poll? tbf it was the funniest shit of all time when I was 17, but if we’re doing offensive mid-2010s comedy ‘The Interview’ was right there

PumpkinHat

The Whale is devastating, just be prepared.

Mike FromOz

We get so little representation in films that doesn't involve someone being either pitied or being used as a 'inspiration porn' for 'overcoming their disability'. Or, in the case of movies like the Bond franchise, used as visual representations of the evil inside a person for perfect, able-bodied Bond to defeat. It sucks.

Tony Wirt

Ah yes. Law Abiding Citizen. One of the few times where I might find myself agreeing with George that the wrong person won.

Joshua Bloom

Any reason the schedule was bumped a day?

Joshua Bloom

Well, it's Wednesday, shouldn't sausage party be out? I was bummed the star trek episode wasn't there yesterday, I enjoy watching it during dialysis. I was glad to see it today though!), especially because it was such a great episode!

Cinebinge

Hi Joshua, if you look back at all the weekly announcement posts, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays have always been for movies, that has not changed for years now. Tuesday is for voted tv show, Wednesday is for Star Trek and Monday/Friday is for anime. Weekly schedules are also all available in the notification button (the bell icon) on Cinebingers.ca, you can scroll through all past weeks each with dates on when movies are posted.

Joshua Bloom

Whoops! I was looking at the schedule wrong! I'm so sorry! Keep making your awesome content!

Irish40

Law abiding citizen hell ya.

Chris

I hope you have enough tissues for the whale coz you’ll need them
