David Martin

Big Lebowski has got to be the one.

Florian

Thats not a poll, thats a to do list

Guillermo Antonio Ricci Alvarez

I don't want Big Lebowsky to win, is not as much as comedy as the others so it doesn't fit that much in the category

Adam Wetstein

3 are farce 3 are satire 2 are rom coms. So pick your genre guys. This like alien vs Saw and saying they are both horror

Torstein Skurve

All the options are great, but The Big Lebowski is a little greater❤

David Crabtree

I'd pick any of these except the Big Lebowski.

Eric Taylor

Lebowski, Blazing Saddles, & Groundhog Day

Jean-Dominic Lapointe

I know I’m in the minority, but I can’t wait for Liar, liar and The Mask

Githerax

Lebowski? If we're going to do Coen bros comedy, do Hudsucker Proxy!

Markus H

Isn't it obvious? You have to watch Groundhog day on Groundhog day (February 2). And also because... that's my birthday 😁. For future comedy polls I would like to suggest "A Fish Called Wanda" (with John Cleese and Michael Palin (<- Simone's favorite) from Monty Python) and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" (with Steve Martin and Michael Caine). Seeing you two joke and have fun is for me the best thing about your channel, so the more comedies the better (although apparently the movie doesn't have to be a comedy for you two to have fun: your Predator reaction was one of your funniest reactions, with the funniest thumbnail). So, I totally agree with what Simone said: "We are here for the comedy. We like, we enjoy the comedy.", and also... "DEENER NEENER!"

Guillermo Antonio Ricci Alvarez

Lebowski is more a crime drama with a small amount of comedy making it not as dark as it could be, I also think Kevin Smith movies need to be watch in chronological order...Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, etc. Otherwise many things might left them wondering about some characters

streaky

The world really needs somebody to do a reaction to the Hangover series (okay, a good one).

Maxwell Long

Huh. Okay so while Groundhogs Day is probably the most classic comedy here, it really is less funny in a modern sense than The Hangover in every measurable way.

Chris Chatham

I'd like to see Stargate 1994 on a poll. Also, special request for Taco Two Two Two Two Twenty Two Tuesday (2/22/2022) The Three Amigos.

Marko T.

I voted The Mask and Liar Liar. Both are great Jim Carrey comedies.

Naw

The Mask, The Big Lebowski, Liar Liar, AND Blazing Saddles ALL need to be reacted to....

Mike Adams

I know I may get blasted over this, but just saw The Big Lebowski for the first time, and gotta say... Pretty overrated.

Chris Chatham

Dogma was a big deal in my deconstruction journey, I hope you get to it, even if not in this pass. Just note it's not usually accessible streaming because of Harvey Weinstein, so make sure you secure a copy.

Eik104

Dogma and Big Lebowski ftw! I never found Groundhog Day funny but I think that's just something wrong with me. The Hangover is just a remake of a remake of a remake of something that was funny the first time. But again, that's just my ol' grumpy opinion 😄👴

Eik104

Could you add Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004) to a future comedy poll?

Curious

I agree with holding off Dogma until you've seen Clerks at least. Clerks is sort of the lynchpin.

Sarlacc1979

Even if you don't watch it on the channel i highly recommend Blazing Saddles. Absolute classic comedy

Drew Acheson

I was literally logging on here to request you watch Groundhog Day!

JLee

I would vote for Dogma - I love that film - but it's not streaming online and hard copies only in the used market - so it would be tricky for most to watch along. Edit: there are ways tho obiviously.

Samuel Eng

Ok if you watch Ground Hog Day, please watch Edge of Tomorrow right after :)

Kripke's Corner

I'd like to add Caddy shack to the list! :D

Githerax

Oh, I thought of another great comedy that needs to be on the list; anyone here remember Dr. Strangelove? Oscar-nominated comedy with Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Director and Best Screenplay!

adds

has to be blazing saddles one of the funniest movies ever

Robert Cooper

Just a supposition, but if you want a comedy you should do "Doctor Strangelove" it is the finest satire ever.

MacGuffinStuff

Jinkies, didn't expect so much shade for Lebowski, guess it's a love it or hate it thing? All I can say to that is, well, that's like, your opinion man.

Mr. Writhms

If you're going to poll Mel Brooks' comedies, please don't skip over his first classic... "The Producers" (1967). It inspired a hit Broadway play and a (mediocre) remake. 😁

Jason Rivero

I would love to see Super Troopers on a comedy list someday. Hugely underrated comedy.

David Brown

Write-in vote for Back to the Future, Part 3.

David R

IMHO there are far far better Bill Murray comedies than Groundhog Day. There's Stripes with the late GREAT John Candy along with the late Harold Ramis and John Larroquette and Judge Reinhold and a young Bill Paxton, and also Caddyshack with the late GREATS Rodney Dangerfield and Jackie Mason and Ted Knight and the drop dead GORGEOUS Dyan Cannon.

Haye Zeus

I would like to recommend, since you guys already saw Princess Bride, might as well go with This Is Spinal Tap. Tons of great quotable lines and a hilarious look at the excess of rock music at the time.

HeyHeyJK

Can I vote for 'Blazing Saddles' more than once, instead of voting for multiple movies??

Happy Hanukkah

Summarizing some of the suggestions for future comedy choices: Dr. Strangelove (1964) The Producers (1967) The Sunshine Boys (1975) A Fish Called Wanda (1988) My Cousin Vinny (1992)

MoulinNoir

i want to vote for like half of these

Eik104

Not related but is Kill Bill on one of your lists? Or have you both seen it already?

Erik Lundmark

I'd Love to see Dogma, very underrated & funny
