Great reaction, as always, but nobody ever gets "he isn't even from 'round here!" Must be such a British parochial thing.

Josh Hanson

I'm from the West Country of England where this film is set and I had an uncle who sounded exactly like the incomprehensible farmer. My uncle also happened to be an incomprehensible farmer himself 😂

Jean-Dominic Lapointe

My favorite film of the cornetto trilogy. So glad to see you react to it

overdev

one of the best comedy movies in my opinion, Edgar Wrights visual comedy is just genius + it has a pretty cool story :)

mojo shivers

My favorite film of the trilogy. The call outs to 90’s action films like Bad Boys and Speed is awesome. I had many more wow and lol moments in this than the other two.

Ed Stephens

Glad I'm not the only one who spotted Pompeii in this movie that also has James Bond Filch, and Slughorn. Doris won the Oscar for playing Queen Anne in the Favourite which suggests girl on girl action.

carlenod

There were several cameos early in the movie, Cate Blanchett was Janine, and Peter Jackson was the Santa.

Githerax

The actor playing Skinner is the biggest action star here. He was James Bond. Also, Simone, "What's with the little town?" It's a model village of a model village.

Christoph Plank

They don't mock these genre tropes. They're an homage. They love these movies.

Michael_AP

Watching you two react to the movie is just as funny as the movie itself :) It takes me about an hour to get through it, as I so often press the left key to skip 5 sec. back to watch something again.

Stretch

Its more of a homage to the genres rather than mocking!

Luis Torrefranca

Movie suggestion: Romeo + Juliet (1996) (for context)

Luis Torrefranca

The killer is actually 50 pigeons under a cloak.

Isn't 'Lovefool' on that movie soundtrack? It's gotta be a poke at Baz.

Annicorn

One of my all time favorite English language action comedies. Another fantastic buddy-cop action comedy I think you guys should react to is The Nice Guys(2016). Ryan Gosling gave a GEM of a comedy performance. It’s quite loved amongst cinephiles but a teensy under the radar for the general public. Haven’t seen many reactions to it on YT either.

Boomtown Rat

You two NEED to watch the TV series Spaced with Simon Pegg, Nick Frost et al in it. Your soul will love you forever.

UnSafeStu

Simone carrying on her great taste in music. Think this is the most we've seen George nearly fall his chair from laughing.

Martin Wiggan

A few things you must know are: This is filmed in Edgar Wright's hometown. Simon Pegg's Nicholas Angel was supposed to have a female love interest, but they felt that it didn't add anything to the story. Although some of the lines were given to Nick Frost, which adds to Nicholas and Danny's bromance. And lastly Edgar Wright had to get permission from all the movie studios, actors and stuntmen for all the movie clips they showed and every dvd cover in the movie as well.

napalm755

This is the greatest movie ever. just saying

Aussiefeld

it is a spectacular movie and this reaction is great :)
