Logan Kerlee

Will you both please react to the second half of the story? Kinda drives me bonkers that ya'll skipped it altogether.

Chris Gentry

You guys have been doing a lot of sequels lately, so I hope you watch It: Chapter Two soon

djKENTO

Been a year… let’s go gang! Spooky season is upon us!

P S

Cool haven't seen this one, wonder how scary it actually is

Jack Burton

IT was like a 1200 pager Stephen King novel. Back in the day movies couldn't be that long and planning sequels before initial movie success wasn't really a thing. So they made a TV Mini-Series. Same with Stephen King's The Stand. So there was only one previous IT produced from the novel. This is the movie... the other was the mini series. And they are all "Stephen King's IT" and if anyone disagrees come at me and I'll float with ya.

Jack Burton

George: Stephen King wrote stories based on common fears. Clowns, Cars, Dogs, etc. He's done more, of course, than just that but the reason he got so popular so fast was because of how relatable his earlier stories were.

Drew

After IT Chapter Two, just for fun you guys should eventually check out the miniseries with Tim Curry.

Monica Alarcon

Thank you this. You're awesome. Unlike some other reactors who only do horror in October... BTW, you need more Mel Brooks in your lives...

Odd Thomas

Cool, I hope you do Chapter Two...too. Also Muschietti's previous film Mama is brilliant too!

mpd

I'm gonna have nightmares ..... from that massage story, not the movie.

Torsten Maekler

You should read the book afterwards. Happy sleeping :-)

Alan Kobb

I'm OK with clowns, even creepy bloodthirsty ones, but I've got a deep-seated fear of Bill Skarsgård, so I'll have to pass.

REDR58

"Can't sleep, clown'll eat me!"

Lyle Morgan

If you think the "Blood Pact" was a bit much for a bonding ritual, don't even THINK of looking up how they all bonded in the book.

Torsten Maekler

If you want to watch another cool group of kids friends, watch "Super 8" from J.J. Abrams. One of his better movies :-)

JokerDanny

You definitely need to react to the second IT film. Also you guys still haven't reacted to Austin Powers 3 or Sam Raimis Spider-Man 3. Also please put GOTHAM on tv polls.

Com1xguy

Seeing this makes me want to re-watch Stranger Things again.

Chase Lonnergan

Heading down a well looking for treasure? GOONIES NEVER SAY DIE!!!!

JarHead0351

never thought a horror movie would had me laughing so hard - Both of your faces during this movie had me laughing a lot, Thanks. Good movie with great reactions

Opti_Frog

Best outro ever 😄

Marko T.

You should react to Team America: World Police (2004). Its a great comedy from the makers of South Park.

Lannisen

Does anyone know what to do about framerate issues? I'm Scandinavian, and the film was quite hard to synch up since it went quicker than the reaction. I had to keep pausing to let the reaction catch up. Not much of an issue when it's a film I've seen before, but if something can be done about that would be even better of course.

Samuel

depending on the player you use you can adjust the playback speed. E.g. with VLC you can go for a speed of 0.96 (or 1.04 the other way around; or other values if those don't match for you) to make it match pretty well (still a tiny bit off): https://medium.com/@talliedthoughts/how-to-adjust-video-playback-speed-in-vlc-67ac49d2c656 If you use a different player, you can also adjust the YT playback speed: Settings -> Playback speed -> custom. You can only pick 1.05 there afaik and that is a bit more off but helps already quite a bit. Hope that helps.

Lucifer Moon

I love this movie and I hear the book is good too, if you can overlook the child orgy involving Bev and the other boys in the loser's club.

Lannisen

Thank you! I'll try to play around and see if it gets better.

Bob Bittner

I just read the book last year. That scene occupies less than three pages in a 1,000+ page book… and it happens very near the end, after the book has fully fleshed out these characters to the point where you can at least understand the motivations for the characters, even if you don’t agree with them. But calling it an “orgy” doesn’t accurately reflect the tone nor the events that occur.

Jo

Hope you will react to chapter 2!

JWheezy

The only Stephen King book I’ve read is “The Langoliers” which I liked but Balki was so annoying in the TV adaptation.
