Love the cameos and story in this one. It was a fun, little romp with a time travel angle.

Also the guy with Alan Tudyk on the truck is Matt Damon. (I didn't notice either. Somebody had to tell me as we left the theater.) Somehow I think he might be the new Stan Lee for cameos in Marvel movies.

Great reaction. Ok, so here is a question. Is Deadpool’s ability to break the fourth wall a mutant ability? He looks at the camera and makes the foreshadowing joke while wearing the power dampening harness. Or is he an insane person whose delusions just coincidentally depict our reality perfectly?

Yes, it really depends on the writers. But generally his powers are regeneration and super hero fitness but the fourth wall stuff is just his insanity.

I love Deadpool, really happy they managed to keep the movies from devolving into the cheap shock humor version of Deadpool and instead manage to also do the emotional stuff well. Wonder of DP3 will be the based on the storyline of Deadpool and Cable teaming up, it's such a good redemption arch.

Huh?? Is this some sort of attempt at realworlding 4th wall breaking? Both Deadpool and She-Hulk breaks the 4th wall because they aware that they are comic book/movie characters!

I am no expert, but my distant memories from comic books actually give Deadpool the mutant ability to break the fourth wall. Which is why he often make top list in kids "who's the strongest superhero" discourse. Now the fact that he doesn't use it more and more effectively means he's also somewhat insane, and that it's a bit of a grey area overall.
