The hosts seemed unfamiliar with the band Asia, whose music (the song "Heat of the Moment" appears in the film. The band was big in the early 80s, and I hope George and Simone explore the band's music further as a result of their exposure to it in this movie.

Unrated cut guys. 2h 12 min. Edit: they are watching the Dawn of the Dead(2004) remake in the store. Edit: the second movie they were watching in the store is The Bourne Identity (2002). You guys should for sure put the trilogy on the list. Other two are just ok.

Travis

Something to be thankful for this thanksgiving. Can’t wait! KELLY CLARKSONNNN

Rearview mirrors are amazing as far as road safety is concerned in a world where you get wrecked by all sorts of inattentive pedestrian murderers (and doubly so for the USA of all places) - what really catches my eye is how insanely massive his steering stem is. It's basically a low rider, and I'd definitely go with a single, more subtle mirror instead of the two big boys he is using, if only for the aero gains. Bike radars are great too, sending a signal to your bike computer when any kind of vehicle is approaching from behind - prevents tons of rubbernecking nobody is all too fond of. Or the motorcycle helmet approach with fiber optics allowing you to literally leverage what some cultures would call "eyes in the back of your head" or something. Thanks for listening to my cycling podcast, that'll be all.

David Caruso is an actor you may know from CSI: Miami. Jade is a movie he was in in 1995. It's rated a 5.3 at IMDB but I don't remember it being that bad. I'd probably rate it around a 6-6.5 but I haven't seen it in many years. Also, hairy chest here but nothing close to SC's. I've had spots shaved on it over the last couple of years for EKGs and such. I just let it grow back. If I was to ever decide to get rid of all of it, maybe I decide to become an olympic swimmer at 52 years-old, I'd just shave it with an electric razor. Edit - "Is Asia a band?" You make me sad. Do we need some prog rock reactions from you two? From Wiki - Asia are an English rock supergroup formed in London in 1981. The most commercially successful line-up was its original, which consisted of four members of different progressive rock bands that had enjoyed great success in the 1970s: lead vocalist and bassist John Wetton of King Crimson and U.K., guitarist Steve Howe of Yes, keyboardist Geoff Downes of Yes and the Buggles, and drummer Carl Palmer of Emerson, Lake & Palmer. Their debut album, Asia, released in 1982, remains their best selling album and went to number one in several countries. The lead single from the album, "Heat of the Moment", remains their top charting and best-known song, reaching the top 40 in over a dozen markets and peaking in the U.S. at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.

I completely forgot how they ended this movie but what a crazy double feature would this make with Midsommar

As a manly man with with chest fuzz, I don’t have a hairy back either. I think that’s normal for a lot of guys. But yeah I have forgotten how funny this movie was. It’s great.

Thomas Yanez

I can personally vouch for the existence of guys with very hairy chests and completely bare backs. The arm and leg hair, also thick, stops immediately at the wrists and ankles, too - you'd think I shaved it to get such a clean line between hair and no hair.

Jason Rivero

Great reaction as usual, guys! I would also recommend checking out Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), Knocked Up (2007), and I Love You, Man (2009) also starring Paul Rudd if you liked this one.

Odd Thomas

Seeking a Friend for the End of the World - great Steve Carrell movie that needs more love!

Odd Thomas

I think Seth Rogen's first film was Donnie Darko, which is an ICONIC film y'all need to see

Daniel Juntara

Whoa, wait. You meant to tell me George has not watched The Office (US)? Lol. Great reaction as always, btw.

Monica Alarcon

oh thank god!, Everybody and their mother is reacting to Planes, Trains and Automobiles today...

Monica Alarcon

Heeeeey, I have rearview mirrors on my bike!!... I guess I'm THAT kind of nerd... :-P

The wax scene was both real and improvised by Carrell. Such a great scene.

Christoph Plank

I haven't seen it in a while so I could be freshly delighted by the use of In the Heat of the Moment (by Asia), grinning face to face. The musical ending is not random lol. It's the perfect way to show his sex-induced blown-mind. He was deliriously happy. Aquarious was the only way. Movie language 101, George.

I can absolutely recommend watching The Simpsons all the way through. Did so with someone who did not grow up with them a few years ago, and it's a great journey (Though we only did season 1-12, as is tradition) Season 8 is so packed with classics.

Logan Kerlee

I'm glad you both enjoyed the movie! It was so much fun watching with you both! I first watched this years ago with my ex. hahaha, her and I had a lot of laughs. xD lmao.. Simone's right! You gotta tidy before the maid comes. You both are the best! :D I'm looking forward to watching this on YouTube. :P

"This Is the End" is a good movie - all the stars in it plays themselves

Gary Fixler

Seth said his grandma looks like Jack Palance, who oftened played evil dudes in old westerns, and caused a big stir at the '92 Oscars (omg, that was 30 years ago!?) when he proved he wasn't as old as producers feared: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGxL5AFzzMY

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

Didn't everyone break out into song after their first time? The unrated version was definitely worth it, it had more of Mooj, and I'm pretty sure that was porn star Stormy Daniels. Kind of funny that Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks get together at the end, they played Zack and Miri in "Zack and Miri Make A Porno". Also, Asia is or was a band, their big hit was playing in the scene when Andy chases Trish on his bike. Oh and, I'd have to go back and listen more closely but that Guatemalan "love song" ended with something about a soccer match. Man I forgot how funny this movie was.

Jayson Phillips

Asia is an 80s band the song Heat of the moment that played was them.

Juley

“When I clean my room, I can't find anything. Where are you going in such a hurry? To the soccer match.” ~ now that’s romance!

Juley

Best ending to a movie, ever! If you haven’t seen it, you must watch the movie “Hair.” It’s not as good as the stage production, but still a good time. A real 60s time capsule.

REDR58

He may not be familiar with Age of Aquarius and its meaning.

warcrimes

When y'all gonna react to 2004's Dawn of the Dead?

JokerDanny

I'm now 26 and still a virgin so this movie gives me hope lol. I have autism so that's why, I have really bad anxiety.

She actually HAD experience waxing. Here's an interview with her: AP: How did you prepare for the waxing scene? Mia: Everyone was real quiet. I actually practiced on a couple guys on the set to get warmed up. Steve got trimmed just a tiny bit. I usually trim, but they wanted his hair to look good, so we left it long. AP: Did that make it more painful? Mia: Oh, yeah. I think it was the longest and hairiest person I’ve ever worked on. I couldn’t find his skin or nipple at all. AP: And this was totally real? Mia: Yes. Steve said it was his idea and that he wrote it. Five seconds before, he thought he made the wrong choice! … I think he was in so much pain, the whole bed was soaking wet from his sweat. AP: Was it scripted for him to get the whole thing done, or just the four or five strips? Mia: I don’t think they had any plans; they just let it go. … I waxed one patch and then (director Judd Apatow) said to do another part. After like eight patches, we all realized it looked like a smiley face. That’s when Judd said, “Let’s leave it that way!” Steve had it like that for a few weeks. AP: It looks like you were all having some trouble controlling your laughter. Mia: I really love waxing people and when I hear them scream, I love it. I couldn’t help myself. AP: Do people normally yell at you when you wax them? Mia: Some do. Why I’m so good waxing people is that I put a little bit of my martial arts into it. I scream and yell at my clients so they don’t remember the pain of it that much.

Obsolyeet

This was the first time I noticed all his chest hair was back when he's in bed with Trish. So either they rewrote/reshot the ending later on or any scene with his chest waxxed was a bit added near the end of shooting.

Lyle Morgan

Y'all are killing me with the uncut versions of all the comedies. So frustrating.

you can literally download these versions for free. maybe learn to do that instead of being an entitled cry baby and wanting a business to cater specifically to you?

I had honestly forgot how good this movie is. Also, spotted a Jenna Fischer cameo in the first bar they take him (at 23:07).
