The heck? Another favorite Canadian of mine! What a cool surprise this morning.

Matt

Reactors assemble!

Mati D.

Question of the day, should i ruin the rest of my week with this movie or should i pass?

redddfer44

Oh lordy. I’m not sure I can take dog movies even if this is a collab between my favorite and second favorite reactors. Oh lordy.

Jon Johns

The best part is, I hardly ever watch your full.length reactions, because your YouTube edits are so good. I hope you all drive traffic to each other. GO CANADA! Let's go Oilers!

JayF

Simone, so the two weeks thing is unfortunately still a thing in many shelters. The shift has been towards no kill shelters though. An open admission facility like a county shelter can't be 100% no kill because we have to put down highly aggressive dogs, rabid dogs/cats, and those too sick or injured to save. So if such a facility is at a 90% or above save rate it is considered no kill.

Jusiu

I promised myself to only ever watch this movie once because it made me cry like a baby

Jay

This should be good. Cassie is great but I gave up my PIB patronage a while back. I was lucky if I was watching 1 in 8 uploads. Her taste in movies couldn't be more different from my own:)

Diiirk706

LIKE; FUCK this movie, BUT THIS IS WHAT; CASSIE ???? Eugh. Worst. Movie. EVER. For this...sigh

Jon Johns

So, no one is EVER going to show the *that* Futurama episode, right?

gobmob2000

Its a myth that dogs can only see in black and white. They can see colours, just not as well as humans can. Humans have more colour receptors then dogs do, this is because dogs evolved to see better at night so have more light receptors but sacrifice color receptors in turn. In addition humans also have 3 different types of color receptors in our eyes, whereas dogs only have two, meaning they just don't have as big a colour range. Basically dogs do see colors, but they are more muted then what humans can see, particular with red colors which they struggle on (don't get them red toys), but therefore dogs can see better at nights. Or to put it another way, dogs vision is similar to a human with red-green color blindness.

Adam Wetstein

Yesterday was National Puppy Day. So kick a puppy for me please

Johnny Liu

This movie and reaction was so sad, but this was such a great surprise and would love to see more collabs with you guys!

Robert da Spruce

Cassie: “The only guest I’ve had before is Carly” Cassie’s Mom: 😢

ChickensAreRacist

Normally I’d strongly dislike such a spoiler. But in this case, I very much appreciate it. Won’t be watching. Of course no offense to Simone and guest.

Dustin Duvall

Really happy for the collaboration, can't do animal movies, hope you all do more. Maybe George and Carly lol.

Kim Brink

READY nice to see Cassie as a guest, also watch her channel alot. And damn the second shoe hit you hard :-)

Gratch... just Gratch

I already knew the original story the movie was based on so I never bothered to watch it until today with you guys and this movie just destroyed me. And I don't even particularly like dogs.

PIG

Wait. What?

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

I'm both super excited for this reaction, and dreading it, I haven't seen this movie but I'm familiar with the story so I know... But it's two of my favorite Canadians eh, so here we go.

____

Oh these two! This should be a fun time.

Logan Kerlee

Wowwww... this movie BROKE ME. I'm over here in tears. I loved this movie so much. Dogs really are the key to my heart. They never fail to bring me joy. This loyalty reminded me so much of my dog Bart. I love him so much and I always will. I lost him a few years ago. There totally are days when I remember him and our time together. This movie will stick with me. I'm glad that I watched this, despite my current sad feelings. I know that I'll be feeling very positive later when I remember Bart. lol, I don't know if this movie forever off the watch list for me but I certainly won't watch this when I'm feeling down. Great movie and I really enjoyed this duo reaction. I used to sub to her channel a good bit ago. I stopped though for some reason, I don't remember, May pop on back to see what she's been watching. :)

dieselbeast

Wow what a movie what a reaction, god bless you both! With all due respect to George he's awesome as well but wouldn't mind more reactions from the both of you in future movies 😊

Odd Thomas

I have technically seen this movie. I remember nothing. But it's totally worth revisiting if its with you guys.

dmoock

I said this on her page too, but I would love to see more collabs between you guys and Popcorn in Bed.

Astraeos

Really cool collab between the two of you! I definitely will not be watching this movie as I don't want to be depressed at the moment, but someday lol. Just wanted to say it's cool seeing you two watch movies together. Definitely should do another one!

Odd Thomas

If you like Joan Allen, her best work is in Face/Off. (crosses fingers behind back)

Alan Kobb

Absolutely, definately, you two should do this again soon! Two of my favorite reactors together at last!!!

Monica Alarcon

What no George??? Okay, I'm counting this as a girls night in with me, Simone and Cassie!!

Jay

Wouldn't call it a great film but give me a beautiful dog in a starring role, centre stage in almost every scene and that's more than enough for me to enjoy it...... and ball my eyes out. I hope Simone watched The Incredibles after this, that would have cheered her up:)

Tyler Mckenzie

My cat's name is Luna. I feel so happy now!!!

Drew

My two favorite reaction channels crossing over = this has literally made my day.

Jenny Tolls

I remember the first time watching this movie. My sister rented it and I only watched it because I had nothing else to do and I didn’t know it was gonna be a sad movie. Seeing the dog still waiting when he’s old and disheveled really hit me. I had to go into the bathroom to cry because I didn’t want anyone to make fun of me 😂

Monica Alarcon

Now for the flip side I hope George does a crossover with Octokrool watching and 80s or 90s action movie (someone mentioned Face Off, that would be a good one)

Travis

Wow George’s vacation treated him well

Travis

The last 40 minutes of this reaction is just a cacophony of sniffling lmao I don’t think I’ve ever seen either of you wrecked to that level. What an emotionally manipulative movie

Mitchell Bowker

Wow, this destroyed me 😭 p.s. George & Carly team up when?

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

Man this dog is the spitting image of the best dog I ever had, Focks (his previous owners named him Focker because Meet the Parents was apparently a big thing at the time, I shortened it to Focks because he looked kind of like a Fox). People always thought he was an Akita but he was a mix of Lab Retriever, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, and Chow. I took him on the road with me when I was a truck driver, that dog did his business in about 42 states. And he saved my dumbass at least once when I got lost on a hike. He kept insisting I was going the wrong way back to the truck but I was sure, until I reached the escarpment I thought I'd climbed down but couldn't find a way up. It was getting dark and chilly and I hadn't even brought a jacket, and this was way off trail. Luckily he knew exactly the way we had come in, I followed him as he backtracked and found the exact path back to the truck. Might not have died but that would have been one cold damn night in the woods if it wasn't for the Focks.

David RedEagle

OH wow, Cass is the person that got me into this. I always thought it was silly, why would pay to watch someone watch a movie. But I get it after watching her, its just so much fun. I think ive been following Cass for a couple years now. And you two for quite a while now. I hope you manage more collabs with Cass, she is a funny person and a real sweetheart.

Gryff

Ahhhh! Cassie and Simone! YES!

Ken Schneyer

I'm not watching the whole thing because I don't know the film, but I adore both Simone and Cassie, so I watched the intro and squeed a lot.

carbsix

2 of my absolute favourite YouTubers

Craig Brennan

I got a Lhasa Apso dog called Cuddles when I was 7 and can honestly say that it's a unique bond when the dog picks it's person. He picked me I always told people because when we went to the person house that had the puppies for sale to look at them I got in the door and he came running right up to me and all the other dogs were just interested in other things. He was so protective of me and smart. In the morning he would get up from sleeping with me and got sit out with my dad and then a couple minites before my dad would get up to wake me Cuddles would get up and come in my room and wake me up and lay with me and bark at my dad when my dad would come in. I don't think I have had a stronger bond with a dog since him. Our next dog was a Black Lab and was totally my dad's dog. He would go from room to room with my dad and even when my dad would cut the lawn the dog would walk up and down the lawn behind my dad.

Gary Fixler

OMG, was this George's idea? Did he put you both up to this and then flee? I've known about Hachiko's story for many years, and the statue, and I've avoided this movie like the plague. When I saw what you were watching this week, I said "Oh no... Simone's going to need to be hospitalized after this one." And now I'm a wreck, too :-D

Presto2222

I watched this for the first time ever with the two of you, and Simone..... I was right there with you on the tears. Your heart for all the furry souls and general sense of empathy is exactly why I really loved Cinebinge from the start. I'm sorry this hurt so bad, but damn, it gives me faith in humanity to know there are people who care so much.

Michael Langille

After I lost my dad, and my best friend dog, I had a hard time coping with the dual loss back to back. While working through the grieving process, that's when I found Cinebinge. Watching Simone and George were pure escapism for me, returning to movies I loved with "new friends". Watching this with you both, was like coming full circle, it tore me up. I felt your tears Simone, and my heart broke with you each time. Thank you for watching this, and for all the effort you guys put into the channel. That said, let's never speak of this movie again. :).

Kinokind

I like real reactions as much as the next guy, but I think it was unnecessarily cruel to suggest this film to two such kind and sensitive people. I never would have. The world is sad enough as it is.

Jay

Strange comment. No way we can allow these sweet and sensitive souls to watch something like The Last of Us then, the world is sad enough as it is.......oh wait. Seriously though, if people were suggesting Irreversible or Human Centipede 2, I'd say that's cruel but Hachi? Come on, they'll be fine:)

Joseph M Sica

Hi Ladies shout out from the Marines! My two favorite youtuber's that do movie reactions together! This awesome! And of course you guys made me weep like a little boy! I've never seen this film b4 and watched it with you both! This movie is up there with movies like Lassie and Benji! You guys should definitely do more movies together! <3 you ladies!

Naturekitty5309

You did a great job with this. Two of my of my favorites from YouTube and Patreon. First time watching. My eyes are almost too sore to post. This movie is definitely hitting my dry eye challege list.

Caturday Nite

OMG, you know Cassie from PiB! I love her, and her sister, they are great! Part of my Friday Night routine is to queue up one from her, or JustSumm, or Primate (you guys make it into my workday during lunch) :)

Zeke

Check out Greyfriars Bobby, as similar true story from Scotland.

carbsix

You both need to watch Megan Leavy... true story about a US Marine combat veteran and a dog

Eric Van Horn

You should watch Togo, another true dog story.

Noe Ramirez

I watched that on a whim one time on Hulu or something, but it was pretty good!
