The crazy thing about this is that Simone is a method actress, so those actors had to be sacrificed so she could give the scene the authenticity she demanded.

I was never tempted to watch Cinecringe because there's enough negativity on the Internet. I'd rather watch people reacting to things that surprise and delight then than things they known are bad. On the other hand sometimes there's not much to say about a good movie except, "Wow, that was awesome," but when a bad movie reaches for something special but falls short it can be intriguing to analyze what went wrong. So I'd say, keep doing what you did here: look for movies with something INTERESTING about them, regardless of quality. (For instance I'd really like to see you react to the 3rd and 4th Alien movies, both of which are widely hated but have SOMETHING going for them.)

Cinecringe was really good. They were mostly much more constructive and understanding than I usually expect from a ”this is shit” channel.

Hey you gotta start somewhere. Myself, as a classical animator and musician, I usually can't stand looking back on some things I created 20 years ago lol. The story to this was a great idea. It had my imagination going imagining how the story could actually made a decent flick. It's like the flicks "Under the Skin" mixed with "Ex-Machina" which oddly enough were also released around the same time as this. 🙈📼👽🤖

It will be interesting to see engagement with this video vs. the next Cinecringey film that DOESN'T have Simone in it. And I respectfully disagree with Simone saying she learned she doesn't need to be an actor based on making this project. Let's get her in something with an actual good script and see what happens! Also, I wonder if I should now move to Vancouver just to make my fortune doing tourist tours of ANP filming locations? "Now, if you look to your right, you'll see the dumpsters that Simone stood motionless near in scene 37. We'll stop for a moment so everyone can take photos." I mean, probably not, but I'm looking for any reason to move to Vancouver and/or Canada at this point and get the f**k out of the U.S. before it totally collapses (plus Canada is just awesome).

Well, like they always do, the porn industry has apparently made its own ripoff of ANP.
