I hope this gets enough views for Simone to be able to afford a larger coffee mug.

Tmatts

omg these thumbnails always give me nightmares I swear lol

Kangdarius

This is definitely one I wish I was into watch alongs for. Some great quotables in this.

Jeff K

I knew they'd pick a thumbnail with the bunny. What I did not expect was Simone's face on said bunny.

redddfer44

Oooh, Simone drops a hint of a future reaction! I know some people are gonna be REALLY happy.

Put. Da Bunny. Back. In da Baux.

Zero Cochrane

One of the things I love about this show is that the thumbnails just keep getting more awesome.

Grosse Pointe Blank is an action comedy with John Cusack and it's excellent.

33:06 ~ George "oh, please play the song, please." and them his "YES!" as the song starts up 😂🤣 Fun fact: there were two versions of "How Do I Live." Trisha Yearwood's that featured in the movie, and another version by Leanne Rhymes. Personally, I prefer the Leanne Rhymes version.

Roberto Abitua

1. The accent is awful 😆 2. Cinecringe needs a Blue Streak watch for more Dave Chappelle as a funny sidekick 3. Face/Off ! 4. This was fun! Thanks for doing what ya'll do!

Steve Buscemi reminded me of another movie I think you would really like, The Imposters

For the prison term in America, it depends on where you live and when the election for the judge and prosectuer is. Red states are more for self defense argument than blue states. They usually give you a sentence, than they lower it and than they give you time off for good behavior. It also depends how full the prison system is. I seen sentences of 7 years cut down to 12-14 months. When there is a public cry, the judge will give long sentences, but as soon as the dust clears than they lower it.

Jason Pratt

1, she was the girl at the copy shop

Jason Pratt

2, THEY WERE ON A BREAK!

Jeff K

Danny Trejo was a guest on the How Did This Get Made podcast and they asked him who the most intimidating person on the set was, and he said John Cusack. Specifically, he has “something behind the eyes” that made Trejo - a man who has been to prison - think he would never want to fuck with him. (Cusack is also really big into kickboxing and martial arts, too, just to underscore that)

Pam Nail

Love that Simone's "O'Brien!" when Colm Meaney showed up.

jmundt33a

How does Steve Buscemi remind you of that. That's Vincent D'onofrio, Gary Sinise, Mekhi Phifer, and Madeline Stowe. Where's Buscemi in all that?

mojo shivers

John Cusack was in a great action comedy called Grosse Pointe Blank where he played a hitman having a midlife crisis right before he decides to go to his high school reunion. Lots of action, lots of comedy—it’s me best friend’s favorite film so I’ve seen it 40-50 times.

For another great Cage role, check out The Wicker Man. Trash film, peak Cage!

Ginger

That thumbnail pic made my day! :D

Hypnobob

I think George suits a buzzcut.

Andrew Charles

This movie is so ridiculous. I just love it. :-)

Andrew Charles

Ross didn't cheat on Rachel. THEY WERE ON A BREAK!

Luke

That makes sense. I figured it being Alabama they would be more inclined to support the self defence idea.

Luke

I know it is a very cringe movie with a bit of overacting but it is still a great deal of fun.

Luis Torrefranca

Please oh please do a reaction to Red and Red 2. (Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren…)

DanDanDanDanDan

Fun fact! I flew a plane for a while - and when we put it back in it's hangar, we had to drag it manually. You also see in strong-person competitions that people can drag huge planes around. So yeah! I suspect a bunch of people being motivated sufficiently could indeed drag that plane out!

Wrencher86

Grosse Point Blank and High Fidelity, please. Long shot request for 1408(theatrical version) also starring Cusack. Stephen King adaptation. Samuel L. Jackson is also in it.

Lars G

Grosse Point Blank is so much fun. I'm honestly surprised it isn't a more popular movie. Great soundtrack, very funny and the action is really well done.

Benjamin Keppel

both of you being turned off by the scary doll shows you have never lived in a trailer park. You play with the toys you have, which are often thrift store rejects and things found on the side of the road.

Jimmie V

YES!. Grosse Pointe Blank might be my favorite comedy ever, and High Fidelity is my second favorite Cusack film (I'm also a fan of the Savage Steve films he did).

Subscribe or the bunny gets it

That thing at the end is a pile driver. It's a tool for laying foundations on soft soil like river clay. As the name implies it drives down piles into the ground that anchor any concrete foundations poured on top. Here at the end of a European river delta they're pretty much mandatory.

Some Guy Some Where

This was fun. Two great follow ups: Being John Malkovich and Face/Off.
