Denis

Alrighty then! 😁

FaceMustache

The beginning of the movie always used to fuck me up. Poor little fella 😩

A Red Mage Named Blue

I guess I can use this opportunity to once again recommend George of the Jungle. If you thought this was funny George is funnier

Byron

I think the beginning of the movie is a spoof of Cliffhanger with Sylvester Stallone.

Josh Priddle

Concerning the acting conversation as to how it is to work with Jim Carrey I highly recommend the film Man on the Moon (and Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond about the making of the film) about his portrayal of Andy Kaufman, its a fantastic film.

Richard Maurer

This might be the most disturbing thumbnail ever. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr, I've got chills. Nice going.

Wyatt Nuxoll

Hahaha lmao ....... best thumbnail ever

redddfer44

Heck. With Saturday's pick included, this is two comedies in a row and I wasn't able to stomach either. Better luck next time!

Kangdarius

No Simone did NOT disrespect the legend of the seeker show! HOW DARE YOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! I watch that every other year ma’am. Not a reader of the book though so I can only go on story and entertainment value.

Happy Hanukkah

1:16 Simone as Tinkerbell. Which leads me to once again recommend Peter Pan Goes Wrong (2016).

Zero Cochrane

This came out after Batman forever, so I’m guessing that’s a the joke about home being afraid of bats.

Magnificent Gojira

I would suggest Lemony Snicket and, of course, Man on the Moon. Both have great Jim Carey and both happened to be good movies which happens not often in his filmography, unfortunately Beggining, as was already noted, is definite spoof of Cliffhanger

Travis H

I’m joking (well partially) but can you have a person coming out of a Rhino butt be a thumbnail on YT?🤣

Rob Church

I watched the first film twice and this one like 2 dozen times. Little kid me didnt know about football or Dan Marino, let alone what a trans person was, so it all seemed more adult to me. When Nature Calls was right in a 9 year olds wheelhouse.

Brandon Meng

I have no idea why people think this is better than the original

J Valentine

The Wizard's name is Bruce Spence (who also played the Gyro Captain in Mad Max: Road Warrior) and I will not have you besmirch the Sam Rami produced Legend of the Seeker series. Also here is my psychological break down of a Jim Carry character from the 90s: Ace is increasingly disrespectful to human culture, which is only made worse by his failure to save the raccoon (which is a movie reference I will withhold for spoilers). From the super rich to the tribal superstitious even to the monks in the monastery at the beginning, where he only sought refuge for isolation. You can make a case for the wanting spiritual enlightenment part as being inline with a human construct, but hey he's only human and thus susceptible to hypocrisy. Here ends my over analysis of Ace Venture. I can't believe I joined Patreon for this.

Adam

😕 the horrible sword show with zeddicus zu'l zorander. You mean legend of the seeker. That's not horrible. Well, one bit is. But horrible?!

joejud1017

The little crazy guy who was as over the top as Jim Carrey was Tommy Davidson, a comedian who was with him on the show In Living Color which I believe gave Jim Carrey his start along with other movie stars you might know.
