I was so confused by this comment until I just checked Twitter. Man, counting both the books and the movies, this is the fourth time we’ve lost Albus.

You guys should watch The Aeronauts if you REALLY want to trigger your height phobia.

Another good one is The Walk, with Joe Gordon Levitt. (Or the documentary that tells the same story as the movie, Man On Wire.)

You're really starting to get through these films! Hoping to get an invite to the premiere of the next film? 😄😉

I think the scene with Tom scaling the Burj is the only thing I remember from this movie, so I'm excited to get a reminder when I watch the reaction. And one step closer to Fallout, one of the greatest action movies ever made, IMO.

2:04 Yes, George, WSWYDT. 🙄😁 Alternately: C'est doux? Pas du tout!

Jesse Nkinsi

I feel you on the heights George, even being up on a one story roof puts me on edge. High places are a no no for me. Hobbits know what's good, hole in the ground, hard to fall down then.

This talk about fear of heights reminds me of the Neil Gaiman's short comic Fear of Falling.

My personal favorite of the franchise and a top 10 action movie for me. Director Bird Bird's (The Iron Giant, The Incredibles) first live action film and you can really feel the deft hand he had with action set pieces that he showed in The Incredibles: the action is witty, fun, clever, and full of character. There's heart and humor and I feel this is the first movie to recapture and perfects the team aspect of the tv show, and all the following movies continue with really balancing Hunt against a likable and competent and entertaining team in a similar way. Not that he didn't have new and old teammates in 1-3, but the dynamic, the comradarie, the humor, the gadgets, the inventiveness, all really come together in this film and this marks a turning point in the franchise. It's my favorite of them but the ones that follow are a blast as well; I like the whole franchise and have a real soft spot for the first one from seeing it in theaters but I think everything from 4 on is the meat of the franchise and its best entries.

Not my favorite of the series, but this one does continue the trend of getting better all-around like 3 did. I appreciate the innovative stunt and action scenes here, and the story is a doozy. But for me the series really gets perfected with the next film.

I totally get why this one is a lot of people's favourite, but I definitely think the next two films are the peak of the franchise.

Jose Robles

my only issue with this movie was the bad guy compared to Philip Seymour Hoffman it was more bland

In fairness, *anyone* trying to follow up any PSH performance is going to pale in comparison.

Niklas Ericsson

"This franchise really likes to kill off its female leads." The original plan was to actually kill off Julia, but Christopher McQuarrie (who took over directing duties from the next movie and onward) made a writing input and suggested they not kill her off, as it would ruin things. Which makes certain decisions made in the most recent film even more baffling and infuriating.

Anthony Villena

I like the intros where George doesn't look confused by what Simone says. Such rare gems.

The specific decisions they made for 7 are SOOOO STUPID. I NEED them for go back on them for 8.

William Moffett

"Simone's" cleavage in the thumbnail is distracting haha
