I do love the contrast in how the two leaders (Muzan and the master of the demon slayers) have their elite subordinates kneel. Through respect vs intimidation/command.

Hello Sophie! It was such a nice reaction, you are so good at analysing characters and their motivation! Watching the episodes seems like a good fit for your style of reaction, and I can't wait to hear all your thoughts about it <3

🗣"I bet he flipped it! That it wasn't actually heads 🪙 but he flipped it over. " Sophie, bless your heart, but you're imagining a Tanjiro that doesn't exist! 😂 He's far too honest and deeply kind to ever try and cheat, even with a coin flip haha. He is honesty and kindness personified! I don't think "deception" is even in his vocabulary. Nice try though! 😉 Season 1 is now over, thank you once again for embarking on the Demon Slayer journey, and I recommend you hold on tight to your seat for Season 2 because you are in for quite a few surprises. Last thing, please avoid watching the intro of the first seven episodes as it might reveal some spoilers.

Amazing end to Season 1. You got to see more of Muzan and his....powers....and his mysterious home! Talk about a maze you can't escape from. Kanao just fell for Tanjiro at that moment, I know it 🥰 honestly if i were her how could you not. Although I think it's funny you think he'd cheat, I loved his answer even more. He'd be honest, and keep trying if it failed anyway. Just like he always does. AHHH I cannot wait for you to get to know Rengoku, my favorite Hashira! 🔥 Next season is going to be FANTASTIC! Also, the animation goes up a notch, if you can believe.

Inosuke continuing to be phenomenal. Love the animation with the wind blowing around their hair and clothes once theyre on the train. So well done. I also like little moments that show that Tanjiro isnt familiar with modern technology either. It's a good callback to him growing up isolated in a small village, and being completely overwhelmed seeing Tokyo for the first time.

I will never get over how unbelievably stacked this show's cast is. Even demons that have about one minute of screen time before getting eaten by Muzan are voiced by A-listers like Kana Ueda, Daisuke HIrakawa, and Soichiro Hoshi. 😅 EDIT: Right, Hirakawa's characters sticks around for a while.

The next arc is Mugen Train. We know that the Flame Hashira was sent to deal with a new level threat. We saw a glimpse of the train and people being killed on it in 1 x 25. The lower demon was told to kill the Hashira and Tanjiro. All these are context clues that = lower demon on the train. But I also confused him with the mutated demon at the end of 1 x 25. I thought with Muzan's blood he would become that horrendous form. He did not. Separate demons but I thought it was going to be him. So a somewhat happy accident haha!

Blackguard4

Alright, looks like we've got a train to catch! Choo-choo!!

Im jealous of everyone who hasn't yet consumed all of Demon Slayer that is currently out. Muzana looking fine af

Buzzard

Oh sure, Muzan makes a fine looking woman. But he still can't hold a candle to you, Sophie!😉

Muzan has such a dangerous vibe, but he is also such a poor strategist. Just like that, he kills half of his strongest soldiers. He is impulsive; he does not really think things through. In the grand scheme of things, this makes it easier for Hashiras to reach him, since there are fewer obstacles in the way.

WondrousMay

Woohoo! The first part of the journey is over and things are going to be even more epic and intense from here! It’s been a while since I rewatched Mugen Train arc so I’m very excited to watch it with you! 🔥 I forgot to mention it in the previous video but it’s very sweet that Sully is chilling besides you :)

Mei

Ahhh thank you for the Demon Slayer s1 reacts! So excited for you to watch s2! I'm actually glad you're doing the episodes for it because as much as I enjoyed the movie, I think it's really just better to react by episodes for better discussion. ^^

Ilurandir

The guy, the lower one , literally stands on the train at the end of the episode... I am confused about your confusion 😐🤨

Ilurandir

Oh, got it... At the end it was i who was confused!
