The truth about Grimmer/the Magnificent Steiner is revealed and don’t worry, it took me off guard as well. Grimmer saying that the hardest thing to learn was how to smile was a punch to the gut especially when we’ve seen how kind he is.

Not sure how familiar you are with Marvel Universe media but "The Magnificent Steiner" is basically "The Incredible Hulk" (for copyright reasons ofcourse the author changed the name) which is a reference to the Cartoon/Live Action show that was shown in the 70s here in the US and in some locations in other parts of the world. Same exact story that Grimmer told as far as the basic plot.

Ohhhh!! Yeah I've not watched the Marvel Universe so that went over my head haha!

I don't comment much but just wanted to let you know that I love your Monster reactions(as well as your reactions in general since you always have interesting thoughts, theories and observations). Now this is somewhat unrelated, and I assume it's already been mentioned by others plenty of times(if not I'm seriously mystified), but just in case I wanted to suggest Fruits Basket to you. It's one of the best Shoujos out there(THE best in my opinion, but that's subjective ofc), it even got the FMA treatment with a top tier anime remake that covers the entire manga. Now I don't want to say too much about the story(because it's always fun seeing people try and guess what it's about based on the title alone lol)but you'll certainly have a field day dissecting the characters and complex themes in-between the tears and laughter. ...Monster, FMAB and Fruits Basket(2019) are probably my top 3 animes overall actually, with an honorary mention to the gem that is Haikyuu(super stoked that you're checking it out after you're done with Demon Slayer btw), so needless to say I'm really happy to have stumbled upon your channel! :)
